This is what happens when I get bored, and I have my charcoal... Random little drawing of a fallen angel. I was having a bad day... You touch my cookie, you die. Another melancholy one. The poem is also mine. For those who can't read my "caligraphy", this is what it says: Holding you, the world stands still Though pain and sorrow still flow. But I would rather share your pain Than ever let you go.That's a self-potrait of some of my online aliases. Again, if you can't read my scrawl, the names that you might see me around the web are: Jimbo (here!) Warren (here!) Howl (here!) Nertu Zant Midna Requin Chocolate Soulchaser Hawkins L'Esprite LuckeyBones

Okay, so I was totally zoning in Theology class, and somehow, this came out, but just the lines. Then I drove everyone in my Show Choir class insane with shading when I was supposed to be singing. But hey, I think it looks nice... It's ink and charcoal ((All hail charcoal, the medium of the gods!)) And then I did this one in Honors World Studies! Colored pencil and ink. Oh, and one more note... Keep your eyes peeled, 'cuz I'm gonna start a charcoal series based off of screencaps. You just might see your character...

Oh, don't worry, I've already printed out some screencaps of Esme and Hades...
And I finished Milo's today! I got an Atlantis vibe from somewhere, and I was just like, "I NEED to draw Milo!"
And yeah, so I got a screencap, started freehanding...
And I'll upload it later, cuz I need my flash drive...

I still can't believe that I freehanded these. They look just like the screencaps... except charcoal-ey. Both are done with my favs: charcoal and Conti pencils. Milo's got a nice, angular, and sharp look to him, so I smoothed over the lines to keep him from looking too jagged. Seriously, you can put an eye out with that nose... I used a more haunting style for Esme, since this is one of those sad and bittersweet scenes in the movie. And Esme, you get the prize for the funnest hair to draw.

Charcoal and Conti pencils? How on earth did you guess? Ooh, fun fact about how I draw. I put in my ipod, pick up the charcoal, and then I completely zone out. I don't return to reality until I'm finished or forced to stop, and I don't really look at what I'm drawing... So when I finished this, three people came running up to my room to see what my loud cursing was about. I have very little recall of drawing... Kida-ness.

Ooh! I also gots some of my photography! And yep, they're all from Disney World... Hey, I just got the camera! Tree of Life! Cutie widdle tiger at Animal Kingdom Mainstreet, USA, all decked out for the holidays! Streets of America at Disney's Hollywood Studios. Somebody had a little too much fun setting up Christmas lights... The whole shebang was called the "Spectacle of Dancing Lights" 'cuz the lights would dance and flash to music! There were even imitation flurries (soap bubbles). Haunted Mansion! But the line in front of the mansion was much scarier than the actual ride... Man, I love this shot! That's Cinderella's castle all decked out in holiday lights, looking up.

Woo, I got a little crazy drawing Ariel. For some reason, I decided to go abstract... Maybe it was all the sugar I had consumed from the rest of my birthday cake. And now my friend's birthday is tomorrow... bring on the sugar! WHEEEEE!!!!
