Ah, Frontierland! It always brought back to Panchito memories of the west: cattle drives, round-ups...
Banditos, drought, sandstorms...
He sighed wistfully. Those were the good old days.
Espera un minuto, what was this? It looked like there was going to be a rodeo in Disney World.
Maravilloso! Panchito had travelled the rodeo circuit before; this would be like going home again.
He looked around for a place to sign up.

((BADA BING!! HADES IS BACK IN ACTION, BABY!!))
"Ya know, after, what a few months? of being here, you'd think I would have left already," Hades grumbled furiously under his breath. There wasn't one part of this place that Hades truly enjoyed. And seriously! It had been so many months since he had first arrived, and he had complained and griped and kvetched so much that one would almost think he would have taken action and left.
But nope. Here he was. Complaining and griping and kvetching just like any other day.
Frontierland. A place for cowboys and weird Southern people to associate and jabber on in their ridiculous accents about lassos and ten-gallon hats and rodeos. Speaking of rodeos...
A nearby flyer said, in neat little black letters, that a rodeo would be taking place in Disney World.
"Oh, joy," muttered Hades, "Another reason for me to hate it here." Ugh, so noisy and stupid....such a waste of people's time and money. Not to mention another reason for Western idiots to flock about.
Flaring up and turning slightly, Hades realized he had company. THe chicken looked vanguely familiar; Panchy or something like that. He said nothing; just stood, flaming and glaring.

<<And mine is the first thread you invade upon your return...I am honored. And I mean that sincerely. ;D >>
Panchito thought he spotted a familiar face. Yep, there couldn't be two people in the park with flaming heads.
"Hades, mi amigo! How good it is to see you again!"
He meant it, too. Panchito didn't dislike Hades; far from it. True, the Greek was the grouchy type. But a little dose of fun would cure that.
And what was more fun than a rodeo?
"Are you coming to watch the rodeo or to join it?"

(( ;D))
Hades rolled his eyes as the creature who he had met before started to talk to him. That's what it was, a creature, a creature that just so happened to talk. It was an animal, and, just like any animal, it was disgusting.
"Neither," Hades snapped with as much annoyance as he could muster, "Rodeos are not my thing. I'm one for sitting and glaring at things on the sidelines. Not watching, not participating...oy, please."
Oh gods, the mental image of himself in a rodeo was giving him a headache.
"I suppose you'll be doing one?" Hades asked dryly, not really caring other than about whether there was a chance Panchito (ah! yes! that was his name!) could get injured in a rodeo accident.

"Ah, that is too bad. The rodeo is muy emocionante...very exciting!"
"Si! I have been on...how you say, the rodeo circuit before. I will ride the broncos, rope the bulls...quizás there will be trick shooting also."
"No wonder you are always in such a bad mood. You must learn to have fun, my friend."
And this was the place to learn, at least in Panchito's opinion.
