Barbossa laughed without any humor at the both of them--Norrington and Elizabeth. "Arrr all this bickerin' about whats right an' wrong. But ye fail t' be realizin' that two crews of two ships are raidin' an' pillagin' Port Royal as ye go about yer little banter. There are people's lives at stake, maties. Ye also be failin' t' realize tha' when any of me young hearties are sent t' the depths, 'specially by th' hands of Beckett, ye best be believin' it's a fight that I'm claimin' t' be mine. An' it is certain, honorable and noble governer swann will 'ave a quite a predicament on his hands if he fails t' make an' accord." He glared at the governor menacingly.
He looked over at the two again. "So Miss Swann, ye may not be havin' th' patience, but time be not on yer side, m'lady. 24 hours is all tha' remains. An' to be sure you don't want t' be wastin' precious time."

James exhaled an agitated sigh. It appeared he was doing that an awful lot more than he thought he would be today. "Elizabeth, he's right. Bickering won't do us any good when people all around us may die sooner than we want" he indicated subtly to the Governor, who was in his shocked state but still willing to comply.
"Lord Beckett is a cruel, heartless man. It's about time someone took a stand against his selfish demands."

Merlin stared at the crowd running in panic from something, one eyebrow raised to the edge of his hat. As they passed he picked up something about "pirates" and "hanging."
Coming to an open place, his eyebrows again disappeared under the edge of his hat.
He stared at the pitiful ruins of the huge fortress, and the pirates who seemed to be everywhere. He sighed, what were all this good for, bursting in with all brawns and no brain.. sophisticated i must say, the wizard thought sarcastically. Bragging around with sword and spears and god know what, no, knowledge and wisdom.. that is the real power, he muttered to himself, as he made his way through the crowd of pirates.
He stopped to take in the scene before him. It were all set, with a gallow threatening in the background, Merlin spotted a familiar pirate captain and a young girl, by the look, also a pirate A blind man could see the rage in their eyes, as they appeared to be on the point of killing each other.
Why, hello again captain teague, he greeted calmly. I hope you don`t mind sharing why this place looks like it`ve been rammed by a tornado or five? Though the wizard spoke calmly, and there was a hint of humor in his last statement, his voice was nothing but serious. Underlining the point were the way he were playing his wand between his fingers

Boots stomped heavily in rage as it echoed on the thick wood far louder than the legs of Captn. Davy Jones. Pants legs swished together in a fast haste to the source of the yells and the new boil in her heart. Arms swiftened with a flowing linen shirt to breeze in the winds. Brown hair waved like a flag, a pirate flag. The marroon bandana followed after words, and the green apple in her hand dropped on the floor before rolling far away from the mocha hand that held them.
"How dare ye!" A woman's voice added with the other. A bandage hand itched to smack a cheek and turn it red under such scorn. "HOW DARE YE!" Her voice yelled again. Brown eyes rimmed with kohl and redness of old tears. "..He shouldn't have to be punished for doin' thee right thing! This be leavin' the lips of a whelp married to a bloody pirate. Aye, what be the right thing exactly? Slayin' a youn' boy, when did murda' became right? If we want ter be doin' what's right then ye, ye husband, and ye own li'tle whelp should be doin' the hang man jig on thee ropes. Savvy? But no, that won't be right aye? Let ye own love ones been 'anged for once, and then try to tell us pirates what be right."
"By thee will of ye own fatha' and ze bloody powdered governors before, we became who we be now. PIRATES! If ye want us to be sparrin' ye father life, then he would be havin' the obligation to be hangin' ye, pirate king" The words were spat at Elizabeth. "Now ye eitha let the pirates undo his treachery unjust," Anamaria pulled out her cutlass, "or do ye want to be hangin' with 'im for mutiny? Maybe then ye can watch from above what ye li'le lass would feel, the loss of a mum like many pirates...as she be forced to live by a code of life that she can live on thanks to thee like of men like ye dirt bag father and Beckett. After all, ye are considered a pirate too lass, so it would be the right thing for the ropes be on ye neck. Aye?"
Her spare hand rested on her pistol as her eyes stung again, but Anamaria refused to shed a tear. "Now governor, ye can eitha do as the Captain commands or be hanged with Beckett. If ye need be more convincin' before ye hang ye, ye need to fulfill ye duty...disciplinin' pirates. I doubt ye be wantin' to kill ye own daughter, so I advise ye wisely to do as Captn. Barbossa and Captn. Teague demand of ye. Savvy?"

Elizabeth whirled around to face Anamaria, who had just joined and started yelling upon arrival. As the pirate spoke, Elizabeth grew angrier.
"Oh, what a surprise!" She yelled back sarcastically. However, she couldn't say anymore when Anamaria mentioned Lily. She then lost all sense. Without a moment's hesitation, she grabbed a pistol from Barbossa's belt, seeing as he was closest. She then aimed it at Anamaria. "You will NOT bring MY daughter into this! It is NOT mine nor her fault that you LOT choose this destination... you should have KNOWN what the consequences of being a filthy pirate would be! And I was never one of YOU, I wouldn't allow myself to be brought to THAT level!"
Elizabeth's hand that held the pistol was shaking but she didn't bother to try to calm herself down. They'd gone too far. "Now, you WILL let these people go and you WILL face the fact that pirates do get what they DESERVE! Are you getting this, Anamaria?"
((The day Elizabeth snapped... ;D))

(Lizy be loosin' 'er marbles)
"It seems that you're the one who fail to be gettin' it Swann. To late poppet, you already are what you wish not to be." Anamaria's cutlass met the woman's neck. "I dare ye to pull that trigger Swann. You will rue the day you do it." The pirate smirked at the quivering pistol; she even stepped closer right in the others space. Her knee ready. "Ye married two pirates in ye own lifetime, gave birth to a pirate whelp, and dare speak to never be brought on such level. Ye already neck deep."
"You tangle yourself with us, you became us, and now you're up against what you be becomin'. Ye might as well kiss lips with the devil. Now ye be betta' have good aim...I doubtin' I be needin' elaboratin'."
The Governor was baffled at the twists and turns of everything. Never would a father want to take the life of his own child, or watch that same child take another. "Elizabeth please, don't stoop down like them. My child I have taught you better. Now please, I'm sure I can find some sort of compromise to satisfy each and every one of you with precaution." One wrong decision or a wrong move can set an uprising or worse a revolution of pirates rampaging on Port Royal with a desire and greed for my blood thristy revenge. More innocent would be endangered, and this problem needed to be tended neatly and sensitively.
(XD Anamaria gets action/ despite it being her nearly get shot/ She has a purpose! SHE LIIIIIVES!)

(Liz are you out of yer MIIINNND??? LOL)
Barbossa nodded to Merlin, and gave him a quick, clearly half-hearted smile before turning to the two bickering women. The words spewing from Elizabeth's mouth once again caused an anger like no other to brew within Barbossa. When she grabbed his gun and pointed at Anamaria, by instinct, Barbossa slapped Elizabeth's shaky hand causing her to drop it. He grabbed her wrist and yanked her towards him, gripping her by the arms.
"Ye sure be havin' a lot of nerve, miss swan." He turned her around so her back was facing him and drew his sword, putting it at her neck. "But I'm afraid my patience with ye is runnin' mighty short."
He saw some of his men running past. "Gents!"
Three pirates from his crew halted and turned around on command. The one with dreadlocks and a deep throaty voice said, "Yes, capt'n."
"Take this young lady and tie her up." Barbossa shoved her in the hands of the three pirates and they snickered once they had a hold of him. "She is in dire need of restraints." He laughed a bit at his last words. "Make this be a lesson to ye, Miss Swann. Ye words can get ya into situations ye nay want to be participatin' in."
The proceeded to do as the captain ordered and tied her up. "One of ye go fetch Pintel and Ragetti. I be needin' their help." The one with the dreads nodded and ran off.

((Hey Liz! You've lost a screw! ;D *Offers screwdriver* ))
Captain Teague Sparrow chuckled with laughter, noticing the bickering between Anamaria and Elizabeth. He had always loved Anamaria like a daughter. She was a good and loyal pirate. She would never betray her own. And he knew that the day he would no longer be The Keeper of The Code, he would pass the key over to her. There was no betrayal in Anamaria's heart, she was a strong blade, and he was certain that she would be a magnificent Keeper.
He chuckled even more when Barbossa lost his patience with Elizabeth and got his men to tie her up. He was a bit disappointed that his daughter in law denied her involvement in piracy. Especially when she said the pirates who lost their lives deserved it. Again he saw the 15 year old boy in front of him. The boy had been the only son of one of the men in his crew. It was the father of the boy who had fired the cannon that ruined the fortress of Port Royal. Teague understood the man's anger and pain, and did nothing to stop him. Instead they anchored up at Port Royal to force Lord Cutler Becket to take responsibility for his actions. And of course to make sure the families left behind were taken care of financially.
Captain Teague turned to Merlin and gave him a short nod, though he had never met the man in his life, or knew who he was or where he came from.
"Ahoy old man, ye`d better move a bit. Thar`s a war goin' on, an' very soon thar be hell t' pay. I can be havin' one o' me men helpin' ye find th' other Senior Citizens."

(Now I have no clue what to do.)
"Oh you HAVE to be joking!" James groaned under his breath when they were joined by two people he absolutely did not know. Another angry, irritating pirate who immediately began bickering with Elizabeth and a highly eccentric-looking old man who looked to be having no business here. He tried to stay out of the bickering between the two women, not wanting to interfere and get tangled up any further than need be in this mess.
He pinched his brow in annoyance when Elizabeth grabbed Barbossa's gun, knowing that the result would not be good at all. He felt a rush of anger when Anamaria put her pistol to Elizabeth's neck, and not knowing her well he wasn't sure if she really had the courage or cruelty to blow her brains right this instant. He watched her wearily, ready to make a move at any moment. And of course, Barbossa finally snapped and managed to summon a member of his crew to take her hostage.
"Release her, Barbossa!" he ordered, unsheathing his sword and pointing it at him threateningly, though he had no intention of really harming him. God. He had had enough of this, and although he knew they wouldn't really hurt her, he still felt worried.
...Or would they?

Captain Will Turner watched everything that happened. He looked at them and lefted. Will Justed wanted to be normal again. This wasn't his fight. He needed to get even with Beckett and Jones. He looked at them and just lefted. He knew this battle wasn't his to be in. He just didn't want to be there anymore.
He just needed to get on a ship and leave. It was reminding him too much of the past. He just needed to leave. He looked at them and headed out. He just knew that everyone wouldn't even noticed him leave.

Jack stood high and proud ontop of a mast of a small boat. The Pearl was once again gone so this boat was all that he had for the time being. The boat began to sink as he got closer to port. He reached one leg out as he reached the wooden platform and stepped onto it then walked through Port Royal with his arms close to his side as always. He looked around and stared all the bombings and pillagings taking place around the fort then he suddenly turned around when he heard a familer raised voice and he began walking towards where it was coming from which lead him to a familer group of people and a random old wizard to whom he never met before in his life.
"Oy! Would you all just shut it?! He yelled as he reached the group."What are you all arguing about hmm? What's going on here?" He asked looking from person to person. It was obvious that he had missed alot when he noticed Elizabeth holding Barbossas pistol and Anamaria taking out her own and raising it close to Elizabeths neck. He then pointed at the old wizard."And who is he?"

Elizabeth didn't see Barbossa coming at her so she didn't have a chance to tighten her grip on the pistol. She heard her father's voice but she couldn't register his words. Plus, she just couldn't let this go. Then before she knew it she was being held by pirates and the words 'tied-up' made her shiver despite herself.
"NO! Let me go!" Elizabeth kicked and struggled against their hold, trying to make contact with any part of their bodies, but she wasn't being too successful. The sound of Teague's laughter fired her up even more. "You're sick! You're all filthy, sick..." She stopped struggling when James ordered them to let her go. Her eyes showed him gratitude, but it wasn't enough. She knew James was going to agree with them and it wasn't enough.
"Let me go or you'll be sorry!" Elizabeth began to struggle again, doubling her efforts. She was almost free when she froze at the sound of an all-too-familiar voice. She was breathing heavily from her efforts but her heart-beat had picked up speed just from the sight of Jack. However, her hopes crashed down as soon as they'd peaked. Jack was a pirate too, she had to remind herself. He would be on their side. Elizabeth didn't know what she'd do if he did choose to go against her.

Captain Teague Sparrow smiled and turned to his son. He was smiling, yes, but his eyes were serious. Elisabeth Swann obviously had no idea of what she just had done. In front of three Captains, where Teague also was a Lord Pirate, and The Keeper of the Code, she had betrayed the pirates. She, the Pirate King, had turned against her people, telling they deserved to die. There was one punishment for this: The Black Spot.
Teague turned to his son with a sigh, not happy to inform him of Elisabeth's treason.
"Yer buxom beauty says that ye an' Lily deserve t' sink t'Davy Jones' locker. Because ye be swashbucklers. Ye ortin' ta know that words like these from a Seafarin' hearty Kin' be Treason. If th' other swashbucklers craves we give th' lass' Th' Black Spot, I canna go against them."
He looked over at Merlin.
"An' all I came here fer, be t' get th' killers t' take responsibility fer what they be havin' done, an' support financially th' poor families o' them they be havin' killed. Thar be nothin' but starvation fer them families now."

(and to all other pirates, the only reason why i`m here is because Teague invited me. *feels like i`m sticking out like a sore thumb*)
Merlin, looked over at the the pirate captain, at his comment about seniors, For your sake, i`ll pretend i didn`t hear that. His wand gave a loud poof, as it spit a few brighly colored sparkles, just to underline what an angered wizard may be up to..
He shock his head at the continuing chaos. Oh my.. he sighed. Let`s all go bragging with our swords an cannons, he muttered quietly under his breath.
However, as he finally learned the reason behind the battle, the wizard lit up in realizition. Oh in that case, he smiled reassuringly. I`m the wizard Merlin, he introduced himself. If you need assistance, i`m always willing to ofer a helping wand.

((Welcome to the plot, Merlin. You will come in handy when the Kraken is released. I hope Davy Jones will arrive soon, as I have PM'd him about this link. A duel with Davy and Merlin, now that would be sweet. ;D ))
Teague smiled over to the wizard.
"Welcome Merlin. I think a wizard might come in handy. We be havin' our hands full here. On accoun' o' o' th' deaths o' these sea dogs, who all turned t' sweet trade on accoun' o' o' extreme powerty, 50 familys will now face starvation, poverty an' Davy Jones' locker, if nothin' can be done t' avast 't. Th' hangin' o' these sea dogs caused wrath among th' sea dogs o' th' world, an' they be havin' sworn revenge. I be usin' me position as Th' Keeper o' th' Code t' keep th' governor alive."
He thought for a moment, before continuing.
"We be livin' in dangerous times, Merlin. Th' poor be havin' had 't wi' how th' upper class rule an' command, livin' in luxury while they be havin' t' starve. Thar will soon be a revolution. These hangings be havin' added fuel t' th' fire. 't be th' last straw. I found ou' about th' revolts, an' came here t' try t' solve this peacefully. Ye shall know that th' buccanneers stormin' this place after me, will nay ask fer help t' save th' families. They will storm, plunder, an' kill ever' one they find."
