"Hmm, well how about you two set aside your differences," Rosetta tried to ease a bit of the tension between Vidia and Wendy. They didn't seem to be getting along too well. She was going to need some serious backup!
"Hmm," she thought out loud, her tiny brain processing how she could beautify the place. She needed some different colors - maybe some oranges and whites would set the mood. Oh, if only I had my paintbrush, she mused. Or maybe one of Tinker Bell's interesting little contraptions.
"Alright!" She said loudly, using the "megaphone" for effect. "I have a proposal!"
She hovered on the spot in midair, waiting for Vidia and the young lady to look up in attention.

Vidia glared at Wendy, sighing as she attempted to prove his mistaken moral code. Raising one eyebrow the fast-flyer replied in an indignant voice.
“Excuse me?” she replied, although it was obvious that she’d heard, “I think you’ve forgotten that we fairies are the ones who created the flowers,” she glanced across at Rosetta for a moment, however she appeared to be deep in thought about the problem and not paying attention, “if anything they’ve already stolen them from us.” She was still watching the garden-fairy out of the corner of her eye, so covered her ears just in time as Rosetta began to shout through the megaphone at her. It wouldn’t be that loud to the human, but to a fairy that close to her it was like having the words shouted into her ears.
“Put down the megaphone sunshine,” ordered Vidia, wincing slightly at the ringing in her ears, “then maybe I’ll listen.”

The garden fairy was well-aware of the growing bitterness between the fairy and the child. She ceased to crossing her arms, as well as wearing that famous dignified face of hers. In an attempt to present herself in a content manner, she turned face to fast-flyer, only to find her showing indignation after the child's last remark on property.
She kept her mouth shut for the time being... no need to argue. The fairies did create the flowers. They had control over them. She repressed a sulking face, for she disliked being corrected by others. It was in her bossy nature, anyways.. "Then I stand corrected. If that's what you prefer, than take them out," she encouraged in a tone of resentment. The child really could care less of what these nature experts had up their sleeves.. as long as it didn't involve any wrongdoing for her. "Actually, miss, do you think we really ought to take the flowers out, just as Ms. Vidia suggested?" she questioned the garden fairy with a pleasing face.
Vidia was near the point of covering her ears when the garden fairy attempted to capture both their attentions, but Wendy stood impervious. "And what proposal would that be? As long as it doesn't involve another dispute.." She prevented herself from eyeing Vidia with the cold shoulder.

Reluctantly, Rosetta put down the megaphone. She wasn't much of a Tinker, anyway. She fully knew that gardening was her talent. Speaking of which, she had to get on with!
"Well, I know there have been some ... disagreements. But personally, I don't see a need to take the flowers out. I mean, without them in here, this place would be so lifeless!"
Rosetta winced at her own bad pun. Of course, the plants in here were already lifeless! She never was one to make jokes. "Anyway, if we could just plant some new ones in their place, I think this place would look just gorgeous!"
Clearly there wasn't any hope for the plants already in the Cafe. They would just have to get rid of them, as much as it pained Rosetta to do so.

Vidia giggled silently for a moment at the look of frustration that flashed across Wendy’s face before she finally conceded that the air-fairy was quite correct. Of course she’d never had any doubt that this would be the result of the dispute, however the girl’s resentment of the fact still pleased Vidia. The fast-flying fairy sighed as Rosetta still insisted on growing flowers indoors rather then outdoors, however much to her vexation she couldn’t deny that the garden-fairy was quite correct about a touch of nature improving the look of the place.
“Looks like an air-fairy’s job,” stated Vidia proudly, turning away from Wendy as she spoke so that the girl wouldn’t see a look of defeat that she imagined was similar to Wendy’s own. She sprang into the air, whipping up a flurry of wind as she went and in one swift movement uprooting the dead and decaying plants, sending them spiraling away out of the window so that the pots were empty. Vidia touched down again gracefully, flicking her hair back as she faced Rosetta once again.

She resisted the urge to glance at Vidia with a victorious smile, for the garden fairy was content with the flowers remaining in the garden here. She nodded with agreement to assure her attention lied on the plan to repair the poor buds, just laying there helplessly..
The garden fairy suggested they'd plant new ones, but whatever could they find new seeds? "Do you suppose you can conjure up new seeds? I haven't the slightest knowledge of where to find a garden store, I'm afraid." she suggested with an apologetic frown. She didn't want to be a disappointment in bringing color back to this dull garden... but she already couldn't find seeds!
"I suppose I'll be responsible for emptying these... erm, pots.." She offered with a small grin. But just as she was about to grab ahold of one of them, Vidia flew in her way. With just her tiny hands, the deceased plants were tossed out the window. Now the garden was no longer... dead, but more or less, empty. "Nevermind. I suppose Miss Vidia would've done it briskly.." she sighed with apathy, avoiding the flicker of Vidia's dark, albeit beautiful long hair. "Now I think our next task is to find new seeds.."

"Oh, thank you Vidia!" Rosetta said, as all the dead plants were cleared out in one swift breeze. "I definitely couldn't have done that by myself," she said, wincing at the thought of having to clear those out alone. It would have taken hours for one little fairy like her.
"Now I think our next task is to find new seeds.."
"Leave that to me!" Rosetta said, flying out the window. Hovering in the fresh air, she took one of her trusty seed-callers [courtesy of the Tinkers!] out of her dress pocket. The seed caller was like a little whistle of sorts - Rosetta had just recieved it before she left Pixie Hollow. You never know when it might come in handy!
Though, she had never tried it before, this would be a good time to test it out! Blwoing on the whistle, it let out a shrill, ear-bursting sound. Is that supposed to happen? Rosetta thought, wincing at the awful sound.
But sure enough, seeds came rushing through in the window, towards the Cafe. "Oh, how perfect!" Rosetta said, smiling from ear to ear.
"Girls, I think we're ready!" She said, as she flew back in to see Vidia and Wendy.

"Yeah, yeah sunshine,” replied Vidia idly, rolling her eyes slightly as Rosetta vehemently thanked her for clearing out the plants, “of course you needed one of my talents to help you. Who wouldn’t?” She raised her head proudly, wings extended fully behind her. She scowled as Rosetta drew out a strange whistle, sourly noting that it was a device created by those worthless Tinkers.
“You’re not actually going to use that?” she muttered, however she was interrupted from making further comment as the garden fairy blew into the whistle and produced a long, very sharp note. Vidia clutched her ears for a moment to block it out, eventually letting her hands drop again as the sound faded. With a rush seeds of all varieties seemed to be drawn towards the café and rain down on them, leading the fast-flying fairy to duck for cover to escape the dangerous deluge of seeds.
“Nicely done,” stated Vidia sarcastically as she emerged and picked her way through the scattered seeds, “very precise aim.” She rose up on a current of air for a moment with arms outstretched, a rush of wind erupting around her and sucking up the summoned seeds. They span around and settled into a neat pile in front of the garden fairy. Smirking, Vidia dropped down again to hover beside her fellow fairy.

Rosetta looked down at the pile of seeds in front of her. Now, to plant them! Wendy said that she could be of some help, and goodness knows Rosetta appreciated a good helping hand. Why, this could turn into quite a project! Oh, wouldn't Queen Clarion be proud?
"Alright - lets get to work! I'll take that area over there," Rosetta noted, pointing to the area at the end of the Cafe. "And how about you two," she said in referral to Vidia and the child. "Work together and tackle right here."
Quickly - or as quickly as she could manage - Rosetta flew over to her area, with a handful of seeds. Now, to plant!

In the garden fairy's hand was a tiny instrument of some sort of whistle. The fairy appeared quite hesitant of actually using it, but confirmed so anyhow. Even Vidia was quite hesitant. With a big blow the fairy endeavored, the next thing Wendy heard... sounded like Hook failing to perform opera. And all Wendy had to do was cup her ears. The dreadful, alarming shrill! Did all garden fairies use them? Even the she and Vidia were quite alarmed at the shocking tune... How could fairies endure with such a horrible instrument?
But the result was significant. In came seeds into into the Cafe like flying, branched-off leaves. Vidia, again, decided to make use of her abilities and align the seeds in the garden. "Wonderful! That was most remarkable!" she exclaimed with amazement. The fairy workers sure knew how to solve a disaster... with just a matter of resources! If only Tinkerbell could...
The garden fairy was set to plant, and she set the assignments to each worker. To a slight dismay, Wendy was to be paired with... Vidia. She flashed a hopeful, agreeable smile to the garden. She'd be able to cope with working with a fairy as insufferable as Vidia. Horrible experiences from Tinkerbell couldn't compare. "I shall see to water..." With that, she took off from her place by the garden and shuffled through the restricted cafe kitchen.. Nobody was there to interfere...

“You can’t be serious,” replied Vidia with a scowl, glancing scathingly over at the human for a moment before turning back to Rosetta, only to see that the garden fairy had already zoomed away. “Hey!” she exclaimed angrily, glaring after the retreating fairy. Fortunately she didn’t have to endure Wendy’s company for long, for the girl soon muttered something about water and vanished deeper into the restaurant.
“Let’s get this thistle wreck moving,” muttered the fast-flying fairy, extending both arms and floating upwards on an air current. Unlike the garden fairy Vidia didn’t need any device constructed by those wretched Tinkers to move seeds through the air, and soon was using her air abilities to arrange the seeds in a logical pattern within the planter. She’d never been much of artist, so they were arranged neatly rather then artistically, however she still felt the finished result would be aesthetically pleasing.
“Perfect as usual,” she added proudly, twirling one finger around with a flick of the wrist. This simple action caused a miniature tornado to form around each of the seeds, drilling it into the ground and covering it with loose earth once it was ready. “Now where’s that human?” she managed to make the word human sound like an insult, for in no sense of the word was Vidia fond of the race that her own depended on for survival. “She better not be letting them die again.”

As Rosetta planted the seeds with the utmost care, she began to sing. Of course, she just couldn't help it! She was doing what she loved - and with such good friends! Maybe everybody was wrong about Vidia. She didn't seem so bad - and maybe the sprinting thistle situation was just an accident.
"La la, la la la la!" She sang to herself, happy that she was brightening up the place with some fresh new flowers. Hopefully the colors wouls also compliment the Cafe.
Now to check on the other two. Rosetta was sure that Vidia's powers would come in mighty helpful - and hopefully Wendy knew quite a bit at planting. "How's it going over there?" She called across, half-tempted to use her megaphone.
She could see Vidia working away - where was Wendy?

Why... the kitchen certainly has evolved over time... Wendy mused to herself, giving off a small chuckle. The kitchen was motionless. Not even a mouse critter was snooping around. The chefs were absent. Could the cafe be closed at the moment?
She stopped still in her tracks... where was the water kept?
Even the folks today still kept the oh-so-convenient sink! Out of sheer excitement she flicked it on, and water ran and flowed down. She took another glance of the kitchen's interior. Everything was comprised of steel.. everywhere. And buttons and switches... how convenient to work a room so complex. Wendy, herself never found herself very familiar with hers in her Edwardian home. The most she was expected to achieve was fetch medicine nightly. Perhaps Nana was fairly acquainted with how to light a fire and a teapot...
Ahem. Wendy found a steel kettle teapot sitting on the counter. It was obviously full, as it was a slight burden to carry. She had to use both of her fine hands. This ought to do.. She told herself.
"I've got a teapot!" she cried while racing out of the kitchen. She soon reached the two working fairies, not affected from even exhausation. Careful not to slam the heavy pot, she settled in next to the garden fairy. "Erm, I suppose I'll have the honor of handling this, if it's too much trouble for you..."

Just as Rosetta was going to go off and search for the young girl, in she came boudin' with a - what was that? Rosetta flew over with her arms folded, curious as to what that interesting little contraption was. It didn't look like something a Tinker could have made. And if it was a lost thing, it was certainly big.
"Well sugar, I would use it," Rosetta began. "If I knew what it was."
The Mainland was always a bit of a mystery. She had never really looked far past all of the beautiful flowers they had over there. Interesting little doohickeys were more of Tinker Bell's thing.

Vidia settled down to relax, taking a seat on the rim of the plant pot and leaning back with her eyes closed. Unfortunately, her moment of peace was shattered as with a loud (to a fairy) clunk the human girl returned and slammed a pot full of water down onto the windowsill beside her. She opened one eye and turned to glare at Wendy, nose wrinkling in disgust at the human contraption. Why, it was one of those foul devices that Tinker Brat lived in. Far less sophisticated then her own house.
“It’s a teapot,” she explained to Rosetta not entirely unkindly, “hardly an appropriate tool for those of our talents.” She flexed her wings for a moment before leaping into the air again, doing a single graceful flip before catching herself on her wings and hovering beside Rosetta once again.
“I think the human should take care of that,” she stated matter-of-factly, “it was them who let the old flowers die of thirst after all. Just don’t disturb the positioning!” This last part came out as an order, and she half turned to face Wendy again as she said it. It wasn’t that the air-fairy had put a particular amount of thought into it; it was just that she disliked any humans interfering.
