This one might have already been said but: When she is cleaning the floor in Happy Working Song her reflection is in the bubbles, same as in Cinderella.

In one scene, Prince Edward rides a bus through Times Square. In the background, a large poster can be seen advertising the musical play "Wicked," which originally featured Idina Menzel, who plays Nancy in "Enchanted," in the starring role.
Furthermore, Stephen Schwartz, who was the lyricist for "Enchanted," was both the composer and lyricist for "Wicked." Also, he composed the lyrics for the Disney films "Pocahontas" and "The Hunchback of Notre Dame."

Not really Disney but I loved how the 'troll' mocked Shrek and Dreamworks pretty much. He did look a lot like Shrek and then he got flung away. I think Disney is fighting back seeing as Dreamworks makes fun of all their films.

This reference isn't from any Disney movie, but I remember reading an old weekly comic strip version of Disney's "Snow White and the Seven Dwarves," and in this version at the beginning, Snow White makes her own dream prince with the available materials that she has (bucket, rags, mop, broom, etc.), much like Giselle makes her own dream prince at the beginning of the film "Enchanted."
