Movie(s) your character is in: Tarzan (1999)
Character's Personality: 1 paragraph
Clayton's greatest joy is hunting and getting paid for it. While he thinks of himself as a noble man, his genteel exterior is a mere charade for his vicious nature. He is incredibly vain and short tempered. Clayton is not a good man to make enemies with.
Character's History: 3 paragraphs. Not a play by play of their movie.
Very little is known about Mr. Clayton. At the start of the movie, he is shown escorting the Porter family through the jungles of Africa in search of gorrillas. The Porters, including daughter Jane and her father, Professor Porter, are eager to study the gorrillas to prove that they are not the dangerous beasts that everyone claims them to be.
Clayton has his heart set on finding the gorrillas, though not for the same reason as the Porters. While he has been hired to guide and protect the Porters, Clayton wants to capture the gorrillas and sell them for "300 pound sterling a head." When Tarzan arrives on the scene, Clayton sees him as the perfect way to lead them to the gorrillas. It takes some time to tutor the ape man in the ways of humans, although Clayton works diligently to get the location of the gorrilla colony out of Tarzan. Finally, after a little "romantic advice" from the hunter, Tarzan agrees to show them the way.
This was the chance Clayton had been waiting for. The first attempt at finding the gorrilla's goes badly as the lead male, Kerchak, chases them away. But Clayton's got the location and quickly makes his plans. While Tarzan is preparing to return to London with the Porters, Clayton's crew overthrow the ship and lock them all in the cargo hold. Free of Tarzan's intervention, Clayton proceeds to capture as many of the gorrillas as he can. Unfortunately for him, Tarzan returns and his plot unravels. Wanting revenge for his spoiled plans, Clayton proceeds to hunt Tarzan and ends up strangling himself on the jungle veins.

Task: You have just arrived at Walt Disney World. Your character has just been brought to the Happiest Place On Earth, but what happens then? What do you do first? What park are you going to go to? Write a 3-5 paragraph RP using our rules into effect.
Clayton entered Disneyland and felt like kissing the ground. Finally civilization! He hated being trapped in the jungle with those annoying Porters. Only the promise of payment and possibly capturing a few gorrillas had stopped him from leaving them to fend for themselves. The girl was bad enough with her constant lagging behind (she had never thought of dressing sensibly for a jungle trek) but her father, the Professor, was almost imbarable! Imagine having to drag all those chemical beakers and scientific dodads through the jungle for nothing!
The gorrilla hunter walked up Mainstreet, watching the visitors with reserved distain, his trusty shootgun slung across his back. He wondered if the ape man, Tarzan, would be here. Their last meeting had not been pleasent and Clayton was ready for revenge.
Suddenly a small voice echoed from the region of his knee. There was a young boy there, a half melted ice cream cone in one hand. "Hi mister," the boy said, smiling up at him (missing several teeth). "Is that gun real? Can I hold it?" He reached out a sticky hand and Clayton had to work hard to hold back his disgust.
"Sorry sonny," the hunter replied, kneeling down before the child and putting on the most agreeable smile he could. "You're a might young for this weapon. Perhaps one day you can get a gun of your own and go hunting with me."
This made the kid smile but his mother quickly pulled him away, muttering something like "don't talk to strangers." Clayton stood up again, still holding the smile. As he stepped foward, he felt the melted ice cream under his boot and jumped back. Disgustinging creatures, children! Taking out a handkerchief, he wipped his boot clean and continued down the road.

Do you like the site so far? Amazing! I love it here!
Anything you need us to know or any questions? A small amount of non-Disney cannon: According to the original stories, Clayton is, by the strangest of coincidences, Tarzan's cousin. He is given the title of Lord Greystoke, a title he has unknowingly usurped from his cousin John (a.k.a Tarzan). In the novels, Clayton is Jane’s love interest, while in the movie this is not shown.
