Character's Personality: Most people see the lion as honorable kings of the jungle. Well, in the case of this lion, not only did he unhonorably take the place as king, but he serves as more of a tyrant. Prince John is a fierce ruler, having no mercy or sympathy for anyone other than himself. He does anything at anyone's expense for his own personal gain. Immature and hot tempered, he often throws tantrums when things don't go his way. In light of his immaturity, he can never seem to do anything for himself. Needless to say, he is greedy and vengeful, and when he sets his mind on something he wants (or wants to destroy), he will not let it go until that want is realized. Prince John has no problems belittling those around him either by his sporadic fits of anger or his constant habit of calling people names.Even so, he often displays his ridiculous acts of childishness, particularly, his other habit of sucking his thumb and calling out for his mommy. When he's not going off on a fit, his constant sadistic laughter could probably be heard from miles away.
Character's History: When Prince John has sights on what he wants, he'll do anything to get it. His brother, King Richard, found that out the hard way. John's mother always preferred Richard over the John, and John felt constantly underminded. Once and for all he wanted to prove he had what it took to do exactly what his brother could, maybe even better. So John had his servant Hiss hypnotize his brother, sending him off on a crusade to no where and Prince John snatched the crown (that too big for his head) in his place. As king, he ruled as a tyrant and doubled the taxes, whiping all of the people in Nottingham of everything they owned. But hey, according to Prince John, "taxes should hurt", so he saw the people's suffering as no consequence. As a result he lavished in the money he extorted from the poor people of Nottingham. And oh, did he love that money and gold.
But there was a slight problem. Robin Hood, that conniving fox, kept attempting (and many times succeeded) to rob him of all of his riches! At one point, the fearsome fox even stole the clothes off of his back. But of course, Hiss was never there when John needed him so during many of John's fits in regards Robin Hood, he'd always ended up getting angry at Hiss, often inflicting his anger and frustration on the poor snake. He then gained a new obsession--Robin Hood. He would do whatever it took to get rid of him and he had absolutely no mercy. Instead of counting his money, something that always brings him joy, he would brood, with such rage in his heart, about the best way to capture Robin Hood. With the help of Hiss, he schemed and plotted to conjure up the worst possible way to get Robin Hood back.
One day, they tried to carry out one of those plans by having an archery contest. John proclaimed that the prize would be a kiss from the Maid Marian. Knowing that Robin Hood would win the contest hands down, he planned to arrest him once he was proclaimed the winner. However, his plans went a bit off track when Little John, Robin Hood's side kick intervened. Prince John was livid at the fact that Robin Hood was able to escape, yet again.

Task:"Oh good day, Hiss good day!" The lion walked with a pep in his step through the streets of Disney. He wore his usual royal attire--his long king robe, rings on nearly every finger, and sandals. His crown bopped up and down on the top of his head. "I do say this place is marvelous...heheheheh, heh, yes." Prince John wasn't necessarily impressed by the cheerful aura of the place, per se. He was more interested in how...wealthy this place seemed to be.
Earlier, Prince John got word that Robin Hood's whereabouts might be found within the happiest place on earth. Prince John, without hesitation, demanded to be taken there at once. Hearing there might be riches to be confiscated there as well, Prince John very much liked the sound of this 'happy place'. Now that he was there, he knew that he would make sure that it won't stay happy for long. You know what they say, every town has it's ups and downs.
"Oh sire, this place is wonderful! If you don't mind, sire, I would quite like to take a gander at some of these...what do they call them...roller coaster rides." Hiss stated, slithering by the Prince's side.
Prince John suddenly picked Hiss up by the neck causing Hiss to gag. "What is the matter with you, you...incompetent cobra?"
"...can't...breathe sire!..." Hiss gasped.
"We have a task to do here and there will be no talk about, mm, rollercoasters until that task is finished." A smile crept upon the Prince's face. "Yes, look at all these people, sir Hiss! There must be tons of gold just waiting to be taken from this place. We must find away to get it, Hiss. And we must find Robin Hood, as well, eh heheheh...once we find Robin Hood there will be no stopping us! The happiest place on earth will become,ah hahaha, ahem, the unhappiest...ah heh...place."
"Yes sire...now can you please...put...me...down!" Hiss gasped.
Prince John dropped the snake and he hit the ground coughing and wheezing.
"Come come now, you repulsing reptile." The 'R's rolled off of his tongue as he said them. The Prince carried on down the street, his crown continuing to bob on top of his ears.
