Ronno noticed Remy and thought to himself, Heh, he seems easy enough to mess around with. I'll see how this turns out.
His original plan earlier was to snatch the foil from Lady and let it fly away out of reach, but that plan backfired when Remy took it and sat upon it. It wasn't until his eyes caught the lemon Remy had brought in that gave him an idea, which caused a smirk to spread across his face.
Walking up casually toward Remy, he said, "Yeah, I guess you could say that I'm a 'friend.' I'm everybody's friend. Gee, you must have really worked hard to get that lemon." Lifting up a forehoof over it, he asked with a devilish smile, "Mind if I get it open for ya?"
How in the world is he going to get that open with hooves like that? Remy wondered for himself. But he decided to give him a chance, just for the sake of curiousity. "Oh, I didn't work that hard. I know where to find the tree, so you can say the worst job's done. Of course you can open it if you want to." He saw that Ronno was only a kid, and thought it would be fun for a kid to open a lemon, like pushing a button.
Ronno chuckled to himself after hearing that Remy gave him permission to "open" the lemon and said, "With pleasure." Then, without giving warning to anyone around him, he quickly stomped on the lemon with his forehoof, hoping that it would squirt out citric acid in all directions and get into someone's eyes. To him, this seemed like an even better idea than trying to steal the foil and let it fly away in the wind.
"HEY!" The citric acid had indeed gotten into someone's eyes... Remy's eyes really hurt, but he managed to blink it out after a while. "Why d'you do that?" But he realized that Ronno was just a kid, and kids have fun. Or maybe it wasn't on purpose. But something told him it really was on purpose...
After several minutes of trying to get hold on the slimy fish, Archimedes made his return back on dry land.
On his way he spotted the newly arrived fawn with the mischievous grin on his face, just as he squirted lemon acid into Remy`s eyes.
Someone should really have teached that kid some manners the somewhat upstuck owl thought to himself. Well two could play that game..
Slimy as it was, the fish accidentally slipped out of Archie`s claws just as he hovered right above the fawn`s head.
Oops, did i do that? My dearest apologizes noble fawn, he excused himself as he landed beside the group, not without a slight grin. So how many more fishes do we need Remy? he turned to the talented rat.
"Maybe two, three fishes will do? How many are you willing to catch?" Remy smiled when he slipped the fish above Ronno's head. That was just what he deserved. Remy took the fish and wrapped it in some of the foil together with a piece of the lemon that didn't get dirty and a bay leaf. He put the rest of the foil under a rock and went into the forest to get some twigs to start a up a campfire with. It wasn't easy being so small, he had to go back and forth with two twigs at a time. Then he could finally start that fire, like the neanderthals did it; with two rocks. It took quite the time. "Just go and catch the fish while I try to make that fire, Archie."
Ronno snorted with laughter in watching Remy get some citric acid in his eyes and said, "You should have seen the look on your face when that lemon juice got in your eyes!"
He continued laughing to himself without being aware of Archimede's approach with a fish, and he recieved quite a surprise in sensing something slimy and wet fall on his head. Looking up to see what it was that hit him, he cringed and scrambled to get it off him. "Ack! Get this smelly fish off me!" He used one of his front hooves to pick off the fish and kick it away from him in disgust. "Ecch!" Realizing now that he had been payed back for his lemon prank with the fish, he simply glared at Archimedes before observing Remy make a small fire.
Ronno lifted his eyes up to take a look at Archimedes land on one of this antler stubs and didn't fully take what the owl said seriously. Watching Archimedes fly off toward the lake afterward, he sneered and scoffed to himself, saying, "Whatever." In his mind, he made the judgement that the owl would be no match in getting what Ronno deserved for the pranks he pulled off in the part. Who does he think he is, anyway? He's not my mother, he thought to himself. Then he layed himself down on the ground to watch Remy continue making a fire, hoping that another idea for a prank would soon come to him.
