Quasi sat on the edge of the belltower of Notre Dame, taking in the view. pretty much like in old times, just slightly different off course, here he couldn`t see only Paris, but also the closest areas of the park outside. Off course everything were smaller here, if this building`s size had compared that of the real Notre Dame, he was pretty sure he would be able to see the entire park. And besides, there was always the fact that something were missing, no matter how similar this cathedral were to it`s namesake. Still, he found himself returning every so often, actually he`d became quite the tourist attraction here, as both tourists and the staff working in this section, whispered to each other of the infamous opera ghost, haunting Notre Dame. The workers were close to go crazy at the bells, ringing with no apparent reason, on a regular basis. One could wonder why this unfortunate soul kept returning to the place which had been his prison for most of his life, under the reign of a throughout cruel man. Still, as Quasi saw it, there weren`t only bad memories to find.

Pooh had been wandering around for a long time, his paws were getting sore from walking and he’d put his hunny pot down and had lost it. Looking for a place to rest his feet and to search for his beloved jar of hunny he moved into a beautiful building and started to climb the staircase. Pooh was beginning to wonder if the staircase was ever going to end and if it did, where would it lead too when he came to a door and reached up for the knob, turning it slightly and entered the room that had the biggest bell he’d ever seen.
“Hello?” Pooh called out, hearing his echo. “Anybody... home?” He swallowed hard, a little bit nervous at the new place and moved further into the room to investigate. He stopped when he noticed a figure sitting near the edge looking down over the park. “Owl?” he called out, although it didn’t look like Owl. “That you? ... or maybe its... Tigger?” He moved closer, cautiously wondering who it was... after all, Pooh was a bear of very little brain, and having found himself in a strange new place with new creatures, Pooh was very uncertain of things or where his friends were...

Goliath was soaring through skies of Paris, enjoying the feeling of the cool night wind. He held Bronx in his arms, and the gargoyle beast seemed to be enjoying the flight as well. Coming upon Notre Dame, he remembered Esmeralda telling him about the gargoyles she had meet here. Wondering if they still dwelled in this cathedral, Goliath swooped down, landing on the roof. Setting Bronx down, he clasped his wings around his shoulders and looked around.
There were no Gargoyles, but he could see the figure of a man and a small bear up ahead.
"Good evening." Goliath greeted, wondering if he would find kindred spirits in this pair.

Quasi snapped out of his thoughts, as an unfamiliar voice echoed throughout the room. Spotting the teddy bear, he jumped off from the edge he`s been sitting on. He was slightly surprised to see a teddy bear who appeared to be alive, `but he didn`t dwell on it for long. After all he`d seen a lot of unusual things since he arrived at the park, and it weren`t the first time he encountered living toys either. He remembered the cute little elephant like creature who`d made a lot of fun with Teague`s crew one day they`d had too much rum.
Hello, he greeted shyly, where you looking for someone? he questioned, with a warm smile, willing to assist the teddy in his search if need be. I`m Quasimodo.
He turned as he heard yet another voice behind him, and for a moment he thought there were something familiar with the huge creature. His jaw dropped, Hugo..? he slipped, before realizing the mistake, there were no way it could be him, he were just too big. Besides he didn`t resemble his old friend all to much when he got a closer look. Nonetheless it were no doubt this enormous creature had to be a gargoyle, way bigger than those who decorated Notre Dame. He briefly thought he knew where the artist that once created those, had gotten their inspiration from. Never mind, he composed himself, I`m sorry, for a second i thought you were someone else.

“Ooh no,” Pooh told the person that stood before him. “I just thought you might have been one of my friends hiding in the shadows...” He grinned as the man introduced himself and he rested a paw against his tummy.
“I’m Pooh. Winne the Pooh,” he told Quasimodo. “Pleased to meet you... Quasi – Quasi... bother... Quasimodo?” It had taken him a few tries to repeat the name, but after the third time he thought he’d gotten it, well he couldn’t be sure, big words weren’t only hard to write, especially with wobbly writing, but they were also hard to pronounce.
Pooh moved forward a little just as another creature flew into view and his eyes widened at the sight of what was now there before them. It looked like a bird, except its wings didn’t have feathers. He looked towards Quasimodo as he asked if it was Hugo, and then apologized saying he thought he was someone else. “What exactly... are you, if you don’t mind me asking?” Pooh questioned curiously, moving forward towards the new creature. “You look kind of like... a bird, just without the birdlike... feathers.”

Goliath smiled at the small bear.
"I am a gargoyle." Goliath answered, before turning to Quasimodo.
"You know gargoyles?" he asked. "Are they still here?"

Quasi smiled with humor as the teddy bear struggled to pronounce his name. It`s al right, just call me Quasi. After all, all of my friends does, he reassured him.
He looked at the huge gargoyle who`d just arrived, not believing how he could mistake this one for any of his small childhood friends. Then again, he hoped dearly to run into them again some day, that had to be it, he thought. Actually, i grew up with a trio of gargoyles, he replied with a smile. Though he didn`t knew they could be this big. No, they`re still back in Paris, i believe, he answered the big gargoyle`s last question. As so many times before he found himself missing their company. Though now as this gargoyle before him had showed up, maybe there where hope his three friend would come along some day. Or maybe not, even if the trio did leave Notre Dame it weren`t much likely they would find him. Besides the fact he`d never told them where he went(as he didn`t know himself at the time) they were most likely to get stuck somewhere, with Hugo and Victor fighting over which direction to take.. He smiled shyly as he turned his attention back to the new gargoyle. I`m Quasimodo, by the way, he introduced himself.

“Bother, what’s a garg...oyle?” Pooh asked, unsure of how to pronounce another new name, they weren’t as easy to say. “I’ve never met one before... at least, I don’t think so.” He moved a little closer to Quasimodo and to the new creature that was a gargoyle. He listened intently to what Quasi was saying but none of it made real sense to the bear.
“Quasi - Quasi... bother,” Pooh gave up trying to remember his full name and went with just what he’d been told to call him. “Quasi what exactly is... this place?” He tugged a little on Quasi’s clothes, his eyes looking around.

"My name is Goliath."
The gargoyle held out a talon to shake Quasimodo's hand. He felt stab of disappointment knowing he would not be meeting fellow gargoyles tonight, but it seemed that he had made two new friends.
"Gargoyles are a race of warriors." Goliath said, answering Pooh's question. "We are defenders of the night, protecting and serving the innocent."

With a shy smile, Quasi took the hand Goliath offered, happy to meet another gargoyle, even though it weren`t any of his own. So, you know the gargoyles living in Notre Dame? he asked hopefully, as he realized this big fellow seemed to be looking for them. he listened to Goliath`s explanation to the bear, noting there seemed to be a difference between his kind of gargoyles, and the one Quasi himself were used to.
Or.. maybe they weren`t that different after all, Hugo, Victor and Laverne surely did protect Notre Dame didn`t they? And on their own special way, they protected him as well. Even though there was very few people who were able to see them, they could cause a lot.. And they`d always supported him no matter what.
He turned to pooh, who at the moment were tugging on his clothes, this is Notre Dame in Paris, he replied with a smile. Or, actually the replica of it.

“Do you only come out at night?” Pooh asked Goliath very curiously, standing beside Quasimodo. “Or do you go out during the day as well?” This new creature was fascinating, immediately capturing Pooh’s interest and curiosity, although ever since Pooh had arrived in this new world everything was captivating to him.
He listened intently when Quasimodo explained where they were, and what the place was and Pooh looked around in awe at everything in the bell tower. “Its a very nice... replica,” he told him, not really sure what the word meant, just that he knew that that was what this place was. “I bet my friends would like to see it...” He felt a pang of sadness come over him as he thought of them, having not seen them in so long and he missed them greatly.

"I have never met your gargoyle friends." Goliath answered. "Though I am happy to hear that more gargoyles have survived in the world."
Goliath turned towards Pooh. "Gargoyles turn to stone during the day, so yes, we only come out at night."
Goliath smiled at the bear. Despite the fact that it seemed a little difficult for him to grasp the concept of things, he could tell that Pooh certianly had a heart of gold. And Quasimodo was gentle and kind. Goliath smiled again. He was always happy to be able to make new friends.

Quasi looked curiously at Goliath, pondering if there could be two different kind of gargoyles after all. His own had no such limit, coming to which time of day they could come to life.
Actually, the gargoyles i knew, could come to life any time of day they chose, he finally spoke up. Maybe Goliath knew of that sort of gargoyles as well?
He turned to pooh as a thought hit him. In a way he had a vague resemblance of another toy looking animal he`d met.. Do you know something about a little purple elephant, calling himself a heffalump? he questioned, noticing the bear looked quite lost. I think his name was Lumpy.

“Only at night...” Pooh said quietly, allowing that to sink in. “But doesn’t it get lonely when you turn to stone? And what do you do about meals?” He patted his own stomach lightly and looked up when Quasimodo asked Goliath a question of his own. He listened carefully, to the two of them talk and then looked up when he was finally addressed himself.
“A heffalump?” Pooh repeated a little nervously, but then when he said Lumpy Pooh’s expression brightened. “You know Lumpy! Do you know where I could maybe find him? I haven’t seen any of my friends since I got here...”

"They could come to life during any time?" Goliath asked. "I've never heard of such a race of gargoyles.
"When my clan turns to stone, we sleep, so we don't feel loneliness then." Goliath said to Pooh. "However, it is a desire of every gargoyle to be able to feel the sun's warmth. A clan I met in the Amazon had special pendents that allowed them such an opportunity."
Goliath suddenly felt confused at the conversation regarding this... Lumpy.
"What is... a heff-a-lump?"
