Peter rolled his eyes. "But that's boring!" He exclaimed. "What about a bit of fun? Pranking, fighting off pirates, indians, the lot! It's so much more fun than doing what your parents tell ya to do!" And with this he lifted off the ground and did a backflip in the air before leaning back with his hands behind his head casually, floating along before John as he walked.

John shrugged. "I could never disobey my mother and father." He then looked up at Peter. "I have fun here, you were just too busy with Wendy to notice it." This much was true. "Anyway, I don't think it would hurt you to take a bath once and a while."

Peter stopped in his tracks and took his hands from behind his head. "Hey, I have baths!" He snapped, stung by the injustice of these words. He frowned at John for a moment. "Wendy? Well..." He trailed off, trying to think of why he had taken such a liking to the girl. It was true, he had never had much interest in the other two boys at first when they came to Never Land. Well, not until they joined The Lost Boys anyway. "Wendy was playing mother. You can't ignore mother," he said promptly as if this was a good enough answer.

John just stood there with his hands behind his back. "So you realize you never disobey a mother and father." Then maybe to get Peter going, he added. "Prove to me you take baths. Right now. Show me where."

"Well, I am father so they should obey me. But it's only pretend," explained Peter off-handedly. "It's not like it's real or anything." He frowned at the floor for a moment, thinking about the last time he'd said that. It had been to Wendy... That's when she'd ruined everything and started bringing feelings in to the equation. Isn't it enough to just be with him and be happy? Did there really have to be more?
"I can't show you now!" Peter said incredulousy. "Maybe if ya ever come to Never Land again, then I'll show you."

John smiled. "Okay," he said. "I'll go, and maybe I can show you the equivelents of what I do as I mentioned to you before." He then added. "Oh, you know eating breakfast is important. So is cleaning out your navel, in case you're curious. It's to prevent odors." He then made a face. "No offense, Peter, but didn't you ever hear of deodorant?" JOhn knew he'd have to teach Peter some things about how to keep clean. "It's all about hygeine!" John declared.

Peter lifted an eyebrow. "Are you trying to say I stink?" He asked him in a slightly defensive tone. He hastily lifted up his arm as if to check if he had been smelling all this time and no one had bothered to tell him. Surely if he did though, people wouldn't like to be around him so much? Besides, he did wash - he just got dirty pretty quickly as well. "I am hygienic!"

John couldn't help but smirk. "Well, anyway, what would I expect from someone who flies as much as you do?" He then let his smirk down to a smile. "I'll show you the proper way of staying clean. But let us get to Neverland. I'm waiting to see what it looks like again. I do remember it was quite exhilerating."

Peter grinned. "Proper way to clean? It's not exactly hard is it?" He said shaking his head a little. Cleaning was pretty basic, even he knew how to do it. He vaguely remember his mother teaching him a long time ago... But that was... Another time. Another life. "I'll take ya to Never Land," added Peter as he began to glide along again. "But not yet, we gotta find Wendy first." He moved a little faster as spoke, as if doing this would bring him closer to the girl he wished to see the most.

John just merely shrugged his shoulders. "All right. You do that. While I wait, I'll go over to that corner house and freshen up a bit." He said with a jerk of his thumb. "You know... The Lost Boys should come with us too, and Michael. Should we round up a party?" John knew for certain Peter loved parties.

"Yeah, great idea!" Said Peter happily, feeling the excitment building in his chest at the prospect of returning to Never Land. It had seemed like forever since he'd seen that place. "Michael?" He repeated with confusion. "Who's Michael?" That name seemed to ring a bell, but Peter's memory had never been very good so he often forgot people if he did not see them for a while. That is, unless they... Nevermind.

John seemed a tad of both shocked and offended. "Who's Michael?" He asked in mere alarm, hoping Peter could take some time to recollect himself. "Michael is our brother, our youngest brother to be precise. He was the one who wore the pink pajama suit and carried the teddy bear with him." John could have added that Michael was taking after him, but he didn't want to seem shallow let alone he was pedantic.

Peter blinked. "Oh... Right," he said blankly. He seemed to remember vaguely who John was talking about, but it was like a far off dream in that it was slipping away the more he thought about it. Shrugging he said, "Well, he can come to! Do ya know where he is?" He asked, automatically looking behind him and then around John as though expecting him to pop up at any moment as if he hadn't noticed him until now. That did happen sometimes after all.

"I believe the last I saw him when I was reading to him in the nursery." John replied. "Or it could have been the time we had milk and cookies and coloring. Michael loves to color, you know. One time he even drew in my favorite book, but I don't like discussing that." Knowing very well that was when John avoided him.

"What happened when ya left the nursery?" Asked Peter, finally remembering the room where he'd first met them all. "What happened to Michael? And to Wendy?" Had they just woken up here or was this like a holiday? He then realised that he hadn't asked anyone he'd met so far one of the most obvious questions. "How did ya get here, John?"
For Peter, it was easy of course. He could fly anywhere with much speed so getting to this park was not much trouble for him. But for John and the others... It must have been quite a journey.
