Lady Tremaine sat up in the mud. She looked miserable. Covered in mud from head to toe, her hair, also soaked in mud was falling over her eyes, and her dress was completely ruined. She lifted her mud-covered hand and wiped mud from her eyes. She noticed the gypsy and that Elisa-girl were high-fiving each other and laughing. The mouse Basil watched her too, looking like he enjoyed the sight of her being trampled in the mud. Oh shame! The only thing that was missing now was if someone took a picture of her sitting in the mudpit, looking like this.
How disgraceful! I hope Clayton and my brother Frollo never see me like this!
She finally managed to get out of the mudpit, and tried to brush the worst mud off her dress. It was stained of course, and she would have to ask Edna for a new dress before she dared to go home. By the thought of Edna, who was on her team, she smiled wickedly. When the two players from the other team had fun wrestling Lady Tremaine, their attention was gone from Edna. And if Lady Tremaine remembered correctly, Edna was the one who would have the ball.

Gadget hurried over to the mud-covered aristocrat.
"Golly, are you okay, ma'am? I'm Gadget, the team medic. Do you need any help? Maybe you should sit on the bench for a little while."

Lady Tremaine looked surprised by the thought that someone actually felt sorry for her. She had been treated like a villian all her life, she was not used to friendliness. Against her will she smiled kindly, well as kindly as anyone like her could smile.
"Thank you, child. I am Lady Tremaine. Or Jeanne-Claudiné Frollo Tremaine if you want my full name. I don't think I am hurt, well, other than my pride. But I think I will accept your offer to sit on the bench for a while. Thank you."
She walked over to the bench and sat down, hoping nobody she knew in the aristocracy would see her.

Pooh had been snapping photos of the game with the camera he'd found and when he lifted all the pictures up with his paw he noticed one of a familiar figure covered in mood. His eyes widened as he realized it was the mean old lady who’d tortured him, putting the pictures down he looked out towards the field and saw Elisa and Esmeralda high fiving each other and he grinned, not sure if this was part of the game or not.
That was when Pooh noticed the same mean old lady coming off the field, covered in mud and taking a seat on one of the benches. A small bout of sadness flooded Pooh and he moved towards the bench, reaching over and grabbing a towel that was there for the players. “Here,” he said softly, holding the towel out for Lady Tremaine in his paws. “For you.”

<<Lady T was nice to me? That was unexpected >> "I really hate football. Sports shouldn't be so violent."Gadget got the woman a drink of water. "You can sit here as long as you need to. And if you do get hurt or anything, just call me."

((Awwwww, Pooh! *Melts* Stop melting me, you snuggable little teddy bear, I am supposed to be mean to you XDDDDD *Lifts up teddy bear and snugglehugs him* ))
Lady Tremaine looked up in surprise when she noticed a towel being handed to her. She wasn't used to anyone being nice to her. The thought of having to be nice back, made her cringe inwardly. She looked up and saw the little teddy bear that she had tormented and tried to put on fire, and if she had ever had a conscience, she would have been in big trouble right now.
"Thank you," She said, taking the towel, and drying off the mud that wasn't stuck already. "I - I think I owe you an apology for earlier. We made a bad start, didn't we? Especially me. I'm sorry."
Then little Gadget returned, bringing her something to drink. Lady Tremaine gently accepted the drink and smiled to the girl.
"Thank you, Gadget. It is very kind of you. I won't keep you from your duties. Take care, it's rough out there."

Panchito scratched his head in confusion. Or, he would've scratched his head, if not for this estupido helmet. How was anybody supposed to play football wearing all this padding?
Watching the others run around with that weird-shaped ball in their hands was even more puzzling. Didn't they know only the goalie could touch the ball with his hands? Where was el árbitro?
When the two senoritas tackled the old woman, Panchito decided that Yankee football was muy loco, pure and simple.
On the other hand, she sure did look funny all covered in mud. With the right victim, the tackling part could be fun.
Without another thought, Panchito made a beeline for Nani, grabbed her around the waist, and dragged her to the ground. "Some fun, eh, kid?"

“A... a bad start?” Pooh repeated looking up at Lady Tremaine curiously. “Oh no, you see... I don’t think we had a bad start...” He chuckled softly, hoping to make her feel better, and then looked up at her innocently when she said she was sorry.
“Dont be sorry,” he told her softly. “Sometimes... things happen the way they happen.” He touched his paw lightly against Lady Tremaine’s hand and glanced up at her shyly now, and then pulled his paw back. He knew things had been scary in the dungeon but he also knew that forgiveness was something everyone deserved, despite what had happened.
“Is... is your side winning?” he asked quietly to the mean old scary lady. “I don’t exactly know what’s going on...”

Lady Tremaine raised her eyebrow in genuine surprise. She had kept that bear tied up, placed fire under him, tortured him for hours, and even had Lucifer rough him up. And he didn't think that was a bad start? I must be losing my touch..... When the bear touched his paw lightly against her hand, she had to resist an urge to pick him up and hug him tightly. There was something about that teddy that made her feel like a tiny girl again. When he asked her about the game, she smiled, a bit embarrassed. "To tell the truth, bear, I don't know anything about football. I came here only to see if Clayton was here. Though I hope he don't see me like this." She gestured over her messed up dress and rather miserable looking hair.

"Is Clayton your husband?"
Gadget was tryin gto take the lady's mind off her messed up hair and dress by making conversation. She almost guessed boyfriend, but considering she was an older lady, husband seemed like a better choice.

Lady Tremaine looked surprised by the question. The thought of Clayton made her heart pound faster, and her cheeks were blushing, like on a young girl. Her green eyes got a warmer expression just by thinking of Clayton, and she wasn't aware that her usually frosty smile now was warm and gentle.
"My husband? No, we haven't known each other that long.... But I doubt I would say no if he proposed."
She looked down at her hands, a bit shocked by herself. Had she really just admitted to her feelings for Clayton when someone was listening?
Suspicions confirmed. I have really lost my touch.... she thought, dryly sarcastic.
