The Great Prince of the Forest proudly stepped through the forests that wildly grew next to the public paths and enjoyed his walk among the natural trail until he stopped to see at the corner of his eye a Disney employee smoking and carelessly dropping his cigarette onto the grassy ground without noticing. Not having any knowledge of what cigarettes were or how they worked, the old stag waited until the employee left the scene to slowly come up to it and study it more closely. He sniffed at it a few times and froze in place the moment he recognized the odor: smoke. Could it be the same smoke he has smelled before back in the forest? This was a question he pondered only briefly, as he could see the lit end of the cigarette start to burn the grass around it. Widening his eyes with surprise, he backed away and immediately start to run, looking for someone to warn about a possible fire. "I've got to warn others. Something must be done," he muttered to himself as he hurried along in his dash through the wooded forest.

Gadget sat alone in the wooded area fringing the Oasis. She sat and thought, staring at the trees.
Actually, although she was staring at the trees, Gadget was thinking about the spring rate for a new suspension system she wanted to try out and if she could increase the displacement from equilibrium length.
A sudden commotion in the brush broke her train of thought. Gadget was startled by a huge body leaping out of the trees. It was a giant stag, the biggest she had ever seen.
No, wait, Gadget had seen this buck before, far off in the woods. Now he was running like something was after him. Hunters? A bear?
The little mouse leaped to her feet. "What's wrong?" she called out, unsure if he would stop to talk to her.

The old stag lept over fallen logs and dodged the trees with ease until his ears pricked up to hear a small voice call out to him, which caused him to stop in his tracks and turn around to look down to where he heard the voice. When he saw the little mouse, he figured that she would be of good help. Going up to her and lowering his neck to speak to her, he said, "It's the work of Man. Fire is approaching very fast in this forest, and I've got to get the word out to others. It would be of great pleasure if you could be of help and warn everyone you see out here."
