There is a chill in the air. The cobblestone path you walk along is hard and worn, which makes it fit in with the rest of the buildings here. In front of you is one of the smaller buildings on the campus you've just entered, the front office. Behind it, you can see a few more buildings, all different from each other. To your right, three large brick buildings are barely visible through the morning fog. On the left, way farther off, there is four taller buildings. Two of them are close, the other two close as well. They are seperated by more cobblestone paths. Behind you are the large gates to the school, beyond that, a parking lot. There are roads that go around the campus too. You hurry into the office and fill out the paperwork the secretary gives you. You're assigned a room, you get a class schedule. There are flyers on a bulletin board for basketball, cheerleading, and many other student activities that you can participate in. You leave the office and look around once more. You have been accepted to Holloway Boarding School, one of the most prestigious schools in the whole country. The pamphlets only we only accept the most academic and/or athletically gifted students, but that isn't completely true. Like any other private school, Holloway doesn't mind having a few students with billionaire parents. Holloway also advertises their friendly and welcoming staff and student body. Come on, friendly and welcoming don't describe mountain lions, nor do they describe teenagers. As for the staff, I'm sure you could find a few teachers to fit that description, but most aren't much better than the kids. They just want their pay-checks and maybe sometime in bed with one of the students. So, welcome to Holloway, but watch your back because we don't play nice. One wrong move, and you'll find yourself hiding from the world, too far down to recover.
