Penny swept her hair out of her eyes while trying to beat the wind of the gutsy day in keeping herself planted firmly on the ground though she was running. She knew that there was an old mansion-ride up ahead, so why not seek shelter in there? The thirteen-year-old ran into the old building, glad to be rid of the wind beating against her with all its might in an attempt to knock her off her feet. Penny leaned against the wall and slid down, sighing. "Good evening, miss, and welcome to the Haunted Mansion." Penny screamed as she stood up and reeled toward the door again. Thinking: creepy guy, creepy guy, creepy guy! over and over again. She did not want to be safe from the wind anymore, let her out! But pulling on the door handle gave no results despite many hard pulls. "What is this?!" "Now that you're in, you can't come out until the end, the door only opens from the outside." THERE'S A CREEPY MAN TRYING TO KIDNAP ME!" she screamed, pounding for one moment, pulling on the handle the next. "Oh, it won't be that bad, m'dear." the man replied, ushering her away from the door to the center of the room. "Okay…about the creepy man statement, I didn't mean it, really! Er…" she rattled on, letting her words try to get her out of this mess. That is when the wind blew open the door. "Yes!" she cheered, running for the door, but hitting something hard and clear…glass? No, there would've been some reverberation. Penny fell to the ground, landing on her back. "Ow..."

"Ouch!" Vi exclaimed as the girl, apparently in a hurry, ran straight into her, not giving her enough time to move out of the way. Losing her concentration on staying invisible, as the girl hit her she regained visibility.
There's my cover blown... She thought, sighing slightly to herself and rubbing her aching side. She had been trying to sneak into the Haunted Mansion without Dash seeing her, because he'd want to come too. But luckily, Dash was nowhere to be seen.
She held out a hand to the girl who was now in a position on her back. "Here. Sorry if I scared you, I was trying to be unseen." She chuckled quietly at this remark. "Are you okay?
