40 years ago, a pair of twins were born, and instantly taken away from their mother in Paris. One child grew up with another family in the same city, and the other grew up just across the Spanish border at the Cruento family. It is this child who had the most interesting story.
He was named Juan Cruento, and had a delightful childhood. He grew up with who he thought was his parents and two siblings, Miguel at his own age, and a 5 year older sister named Gracia. Unfortunately he had to leave at the age of 12 because of an incident with his older sister (whom he discovered was not his real sister). He fled to Paris, where a nice English woman named Ann Miller adopted him. She also adopted a little girl, Christence, who was 10 years younger. Christence and Juan became best friends, and while she was the perfect child, he was not welcome at school and roamed the streets. Juan met women, and learned to fight.
But alas, even as a young man he couldn’t settle down. When he was 18, he left his family and sister, and promised to meet her again when she was 18. He came to the sea, and with gold from gambling and new friends, he built a ship which was named the Christence Gracia - after his two sisters. He became a pirate, and a grand one – at the age of 22, a wanted poster named him the Pirate King. Now he roamed the seas and the women in ports, married one princess named Khadija in Arabia, and a voodoo-priestess named Atieno on Jamaica... sadly for him, he never actually split up with any of them, and today he has children with both. But he could never sit still, and fled from Atieno to England, where he fell in love again. He married yet another princess named Sarah. At this time, his beloved Christence showed up again. She was more than 18, but not married - and he was more than 28. She was a grown and beautiful woman, and they fell in love. They moved to Denmark and married, had a child, to live happily ever after…
... for about 3 years… for the pirate could never settle down, and couldn't stop falling in love either. Now he roams again, loving the life he’s living, with his crew of pirates – seeking new adventures. There are only a few problems - his daughter Marina turns 15 soon, and is getting curious about the opposite sex. The other wives and children all require his presense, and Atieno on Jamaica is still not pleased with the fact that he left her. Big changes are coming, so what will happen next?
