It’s year seven and Harry Potter is ready to return for his biggest and final year at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. However, with Albus Dumbledore gone, things are about to change.
Severus Snape has taken it upon himself to become the Headmaster of this fine school. This is bad news for the Golden Trio. And even better—Harry’s lost his connection with Voldemort. Something happened once Dumbledore died, and Harry hasn’t had one of his ‘dreams’ since. Now, Voldemort can’t make him see things, but now Harry can’t see what he might be planning to do, he could be in the castle and Harry wouldn’t have the slightest clue!
Speaking of the castle, there’s a new DADA teacher this year. But who is this new teacher? No one’s even ever heard of him before! He seems normal enough –well, normal for Hogwarts anyway –to Harry, Ron and Hermione.
That is, until teachers start to go missing. They disappear for days at a time and then come back—but they’re changed. How? Let’s just say they…aren’t themselves.
Could Voldemort be behind this? Could Snape? Could it be someone completely new? What will happen to Harry this year? If Voldemort does have a plan, what will it be? Will there be a war? What side will each person take? Who will triumph over the other?
