Gregory House, M.D. was, and remains til this day, the greatest diagnostitian in North Eastern America. He and his team of Doctors Lawrence Kutner, Christopher Taub, and Remy "Thirteen" Hadley, work to solve the ills of the patients who wander into their laps.
But one day an illness walks in that Dr. House can't cure. Tabitha Monroe was a prostitute. Fifteen years ago she was paid to sleep with House. Little did she know at the time that in nine months time she'd be bringing a little girl into the world. House's little girl. Tabitha took her new baby and her three year old daughter and went to the City of Brotherly Love, Philidelphia, Pennsilvania. She never contacted her most recent daughter's father again.
Now something is wrong and Tabitha is forced to turn to the only person she knows. Tabitha is dying. A result of having been a prostitute for so many years. The woman packs up her two daughters, Jennifer and Emily, and moves back to the Princeton-Plainsboro Area. Emily Alice House finally meets her father, the man she takes after more and more every day.
The tension building between Tabitha, House and Emma is not the only tension to in the hospital. What will happen to the budding relationship between Dr. Robert Chase and Dr. Allison Cameron when the blonde bombshell of a doctor named Ashley Maylacello appears on the scene? Will their love last? Or will Chase find Miss Maylacello to be a temptation he can't resist?
