“I don’t like this place!” whined Drizella, hands clamped firmly over her ears in a futile attempt to block out to repetitive song that bombarded the sisters from all sides. She sat hunched in one corner of the boat, eyes wide with irritation as she glared at the dolls as if that would somehow silence them.
“I rather like it,” retorted Anastasia, beginning to hum along with the song and, if possible, making it sound even worse, “besides it was your idea to come onto this ride anyway.” She smirked, looking around in interest rather then annoyance. “Though it looks like we get off again soon.” This was a fair comment, for the station platform had just come into view as they rounded the corner.
“Thank heavens!” exclaimed Drizella. She leapt off the boat before she was meant to, ignoring the cast member’s complaints as she strutted past, Anastasia apologetically glancing at them as she followed behind. “Now then… I think we should go this way!” She spun around as she spoke, pointing away in a random direction as she spoke.
“That would lead back into the ride,” commented Anastasia in exasperation, unfolding her map and looking at the surrounding area. The map had a large rip in the center that had been repaired with tape, for she had been unable to acquire a new one so far.

Maid Marian was walking slowly through the theme park. For once she was alone, since Lady Cluck was having a nap in their hotel room. Maid Marian wanted to have a moment of her own, so she could wander around and daydream about her beloved Robin Hood.
She saw his face in front of her, even if she knew he wasn't really there. And her sweet voice was singing a song, filled with the love she felt for him.
Love - It seems like only yesterday You were just a child at play Now you're all grown up inside of me Oh, how fast those moments flee Once we watched a lazy world go by Now the days seem to fly Life is brief, but when it's gone Love goes on and on Love will live Love will last Love goes on and on and on Once we watched a lazy world go by Now the days seem to fly Life is brief, but when it's gone Love goes on and on

Goliath soared above the strange castle, wondering what man thought up this song. He noticed a young fox walking below, singing a soft love song to herself.
He flew down to her, wanting to introduce himself.
"Good evening, My Lady." Goliath said, bowing. "I am Goliath."

Maid Marian looked up when she noticed a giant man with wings soaring above her. She found him fascinating, and gave him a shy smile and a polite curtsey.
"Good evening, Monsieur Goliath. I am Maid Marian. I recently came here from England, and hearing your language, I can't help but wondering, would you happen to be from Scotland? My Lady-in-Waiting, Lady Cluck is from Scotland."

Goliath smiled at the young vixen.
"Aye, I am from Scotland." Goliath said. "Though from a very different time. I lived there in 994, until my clan was betrayed, leaving nearly all of us dead, and a small handful frozen in stone for a thousand years.
"Yet we survived, and live happily together in this time, always happy to make friends with kindred sprits."

Maid Marian gasped when she heard about the horrible faith of the Gargoyles, and her dark brown, mild eyes under long, dark eyelashes brimmed with tears of compassion. She held a tiny paw in front of her mouth, as if she couldn't believe such cruelty could exist.
"Oh dear, I am so sorry to hear about the fate of your clan. I wish there were something I could do to help. I lived in England in the 12th century. I am the niece of King Richard the Lionhearted. If he had heard about this, he would have tried to help you. I am glad that some of you survived, even though I would have wished this cruelty had never happened at all."
She smiled through tears and looked up at him again.
"I will soon be married to my childhood sweetheart, Robin Hood. Would you be interested in coming to my wedding? You can bring with you a lady friend if you like. I know so very few people here. I have only recently arrived to this place."

“Well well well, a walking fur coat,” sneered Drizella, seemingly appearing out of nowhere at Marian’s shoulder. In truth she’d been passing and spotted the vixen, however the brunette had been able to sneak up undetected and felt her entrance looked impressive.
“Her fur does have a lovely sheen,” added Anastasia, sounding less sadistic then her sister, however it was clear that she was still seeing Maid Marian as a possible item of clothing. Changes of heart didn’t always cover changes in fashion taste. “Why, I wonder if mother would get us one like this.”
“I’m sure she’d get us one just like this,” replied Drizella, seizing Marian’s tail and running it through her hand. However moments later her head shot up and she spoke to the gargoyle rather then her sister. “And what are you meant to be?” she asked scathingly, a mocking expression clear on her face as she looked Goliath over.
“Why I think it’s a village idiot without a village,” stated Anastasia, who leant in closer to investigate, “he must have been too foul to get the position.” She laughed derisively. “And they call us wicked?”
“We’re not wicked,” replied Drizella, who was clearly still sizing Marian up compared to herself, “we’re lovely!” Throughout the conversation, neither of them had spoken to Marian directly, as if she really was a coat.
((Anastasia and Drizella are very fun to play teaming up like this))

((I can imagine ;D ))
Maid Marian gasped when two human girls suddenly appeared and started speaking to her in a most rude manner. She took a step back and frowned. After all, she was the niece of a king, and was used to be met with respect.
"I am not a fur coat!" She snapped back. "I am Maid Marian. The niece of King Richard the Lionhearted of England. And who might you two.... eh.... ladies..... be?"
When the brownhaired girl seized her tail and ran her hand through it, Marian gasped from indignation, and pulled her tail away from her, adjusting her fur the proper way before taking another step back.
"You stay away from my tail, or I'll tell uncle Richard about you."
When the two rude girls started speaking about Goliath as if he was the village idiot, she frowned again.
"Why are you two so impolite to this man? He has never done anything to you. This is Goliath, and he comes from Scotland."
She looked over at Goliath, wondering what he was thinking about being treated like that.
"Look at them, how they behave," she whispered to him. "And they call us idiots? It appears to me they forgot to take a good look at themselves in a mirror today."

~~ d**n, ya'll are mean! Down right vicious. You're just having a blast with it, I can tell ~~ Goliath sighed deeply. He was used to humans looking down on him, but that didn't mean the words never hurt. The only thing that truly angered him was the way they were grabbing at Maid Marian as if she were a piece of clothing. Goliath stood in front of them, blocking them from her. "The only village that seems to be missing their idiot is your own." Goliath said. "Your bigotry and and arrogance is proof of that. Every life is precious, and every creature born on this earth has a right to live in it."

“Ooh, pedigree livestock,” noted Drizella appreciatively as Marian introduced herself, “just right for one of my outfits.” She chuckled, only to find herself yanked backwards by the collar by her sister.
“Excuse me?” began Anastasia angrily, “it’s my coat Drizella, not yours. I’m the oldest and mother will get it for me!” She pushed Drizella away, crossing her arms angrily and glaring at her sister. The brunette however simply moved towards Marian instead, grabbing onto her and pulling her out of Anastasia’s reach protectively.
“It’s mine!” she whined. Fortunately their argument was interrupted at that moment by Goliath, who in one movement positioned himself between Maid Marian and the two sisters. The siblings spluttered in annoyance at being denied their prize, rushing forward for a moment before reconsidering due to the gargoyle’s size.
“Yeah well… you made three mistakes!” stated Anastasia mockingly, winking to Drizella who vanished from their side into the crowd. “The first was messing with a Tremaine. The second was telling me your name. And the third…” suddenly the brunette seemed to appear from nowhere with a camera, snapping a photo of Marian in the same movement. “…was letting us get a picture.” Drizella laughed cruelly, before vanishing off into the crowds, Anastasia close behind. The younger sister did however leave one last comment.
“I’m sure I’ll be seeing you again soon…” she yelled over her shoulder, “… in my closet!”

Maid Marian's eyes widened in surprise when the two human girls started fighting over her. And what did they call her?
"Pedigree livestock?" She asked innocently, not knowing what that was. At home in the castle nobody used those words. "Coat? And what do you mean by outfits?"
When the brunette grabbed her and pulled her out of her sister's reach, Maid Marian yelped sharply in pain, wishing that Lady Cluck had been here. Or Robin. She blushed. But no, they would probably want to make a fur coat of him too, and Maid Marian didn't want to see him wounded.
The sisters started fighting, and Maid Marian backed away anxiously, and suddenly found herself hidden behind the gentle Gargoyle named Goliath. He stepped forward to protect her and she smiled in gratitude.
The sisters took out something that looked like a box. She startled when a flash came out of it, and she hid behind the giant again. When they finally went away, she peeked out from behind Goliath's back.
"It seems they made a mistake as well," she said shyly. "They mentioned that you had messed with a Tremaine. That has to be their family name."

Goliath's eyes glowed white hot with fury. These women would sink so low as to take the life of another creature for fashion?
Once the sisters left, Goliath turned to Maid Marian as the young fox cautiously stepped out from behind him.
"It seems they made a mistake as well," she said shyly. "They mentioned that you had messed with a Tremaine. That has to be their family name."
"Yes." Goliath said. "And unfortunately, it is a name that I am familiar with."
Goliath told Maid Marian what he knew of Lady Tremaine, the fact that Elisa was working undercover trying to expose the woman's plots.
"The entire family is dangerous, it seems." Goliath said. "This worries me, I do not know if Elisa knows of those two. They could put her in even more danger if she was to be exposed."

Maid Marian listened to the gentle Gargoyle as he told her about Lady Tremaine. Her eyes widened and she gasped. She couldn't believe that it was possible to become as cruel as this Lady Tremaine obviously was. She started pacing the ground as she was thinking of a way to help the poor Elisa.
"I have met your Elisa once," she said softly. "At the tennis court we set up during a picnic near Echo Lake. She was a very beautiful woman, and gentle of heart. If she is in trouble, I will do anything I can to be of help. Oh, if only Uncle Richard was here! He would have been capable of doing something to stop this woman."
She thought again.
"My experience with war inside a fortress is that when you have people on the inside in danger, you bring in extra help from the outside to save those on the inside. Do you have anyone that might be capable to help you? Uncle Richard is on a crusade, and will not be expected here before next week, when I get married to my childhood sweetheart, Robin Hood."
By the thought of Robin, she blushed under her fur and looked up at Goliath again.
"Would you and your fair lady like to come to our wedding? If she is out of there by then, of course."
