"The Misty Lady" sailed quietly to the shore of Port Royal. The "Jolly Roger" was waving from the top of the mast, and aboard the dark ship, the pirates prepared for battle.
Captain Teague Sparrow had ordered the cannons ready, and now they were just in the right firing position for the fortress. Teague shouted his orders with his strong voice.
"READY - AIM - FIRE!!!!"
KA-BOOOOOOOM!!!!
The once proud fortress of Port Royal was reduced to a pile of rubble when Captain Teague's men were done. The ship anchored up in the harbor, and the pirates stormed Port Royal.

Captain Will Turner was walking around Port Royal because it was his home before he lefted. He hadn't seen alot of pirates. He had a day where he saw Lord Beckett. Will wasn't in the mood to hurt him that day though. Will Turner didn't like his pirate blood but knew he would have to get over that some day. Will had saw the Port Royal was beening attacked Will was really happy now.
He headed to help fight. He hadn't fight in while but he knew that this fight was going to be amazing. He had to find teague because he knew that he was the head of this. He smiled. Will looked around for Captain Teague. He just hoped that no good guys would stop them.

A rather small and diminutive figure was sat on the shoulder of Captain Teague Sparrow, waving her hands back and forth seemingly deep in concentration. A breeze began to sweep in, an action that propelled along a thick bank of fog. The ship was completely obscured from sight, allowing it to take the town completely by surprise. Vidia grinned for a moment, however leapt up in shock for a moment as a canon fired barely feet from her. No matter how many times she heard that sound it was still very alarming to one as small as her.
“Not bad sunshine,” commended the fairy in a half-honest voice, however her eyes remained unimpressed. “Certainly an improvement from saving little girls and defending chivalry.” She flexed her wings slightly as she spoke, using them to keep her balance as the shoulder she was sat on began to move through the town.

Captain Teague Sparrow was running through the streets, chasing off frightened citizens. He was here to get revenge over Lord Cutler Beckett, who had hung a lot of pirates, including a 15 year old boy, who happened to be the only son of one of Captain Teague's men. He would stop at nothing to see the boy revenged. He knew the man who had ordered this - Weatherby Swann - would be at the fortress he had just blown to pieces. And he knew that Weatherby had been talked into it by Cutler Beckett. Teague gritted his teeth while loading his guns for the third time this day. These men were going to pay for this! In the smoke from the burning houses, he suddenly found Will Turner. Knowing how Will had been treated by Elizabeth's family he figured the boy had a revenge motive too. He tilted his head, inviting Will to join him when the men stormed the fortress of Port Royal. Or rather the remains of it. Captain Teague Sparrow's voice thundered over the place. "WEATHERBY SWANN! WE KNOW YOU ARE IN THERE! YOUR FORTRESS - OR THE REMAINS OF IT - ARE SURROUNDED! COME OUT WITH YOUR HANDS UP!!!" (Please feel free to godmod Weatherby Swann, as nobody has claimed him yet. He is Elizabeth's father ))

James hadn't been involved in any activities of importance, infact, he had been practising some of his old sword techniques to occupy his rare idle time. Though the peace wasn't kept for much longer, as the sounds of a large explosion was heard. James's eyes widened slightly as he saw the smoke rising, and recognized the area to be the fortress where Governor Weatherby Swann was most likely to have been.
"No!" he exclaimed, breaking into a swift run. Ahead he noticed the ship and crew, and none other than Captain Teague Sparrow storming about proudly, Will Turner not far from him. It wasn't difficult to connect the dots.
"What on earth are you doing?!" he shouted, confusion evident on his face. His eyes scanned the area wildly for the Governor. He prayed he was still safe. He instantly thought of dear Elizabeth, now worried for her well-being. He was her father, for Christ's sakes! How could Captain Teague do this to her?

Captain Teague Sparrow continued his march towards the fortress. When Norringon ran towards him trying to stop him, Teague brushed him away with a swift movement, as if he had been dust that needed to be moved from a uniform jacket.
"Ou' o' me way, boy! Weatherby an' that Becky boy be havin' much t' answer t'. How DARE they hang me seafarin' heartys? Th' youngest o' them be only 15. I be goin' t' be havin' Swanns an' Becky`s heads fer this! Ya scurvy cur who ortin' t' be keel hauled!"

Captain Will Turner looked at Norrington and rolled his eyes. ''Don't try to stop us Norrington'' He said. He was sick of people annoying him. He had sided with Captain Teague. He looked at Teague and headed to find them. He then stop and remember when pirates were coming for him and took elizabeth instead. He had to get the memory out of his head. He smiled and followed Teague's men.
He didn't care what Norrington thought of him. He had no respect for the man anyway. He looked at Captain Teague and wonder what he what he thinking. ''Captain Teague we going are not'' He asked. He wanted to be sure that they were still doing this.

(Teague...what did you just tell me? LOL)
James, exasperated, ignored Will's none too friendly comments and followed behind Captain Teague. "Teague, cease this destruction! I don't care what you do to Lord Beckett but please don't harm the Governor! It's not his fault, Lord Beckett forced the duties upon him just as he had done to me!" he protested. He finally caught up with him enough to actually stand in his way, forcing him to halt in his tracks.
"Please. He's Elizabeth's father. It would absoloutly destroy her if you killed him, and she doesn't deserve that" he said firmly, not intending to move until Captain Teague had come to an agreement. His hand strayed close to the hilt of his sword which was still sheathed inside his belt underneath his coat. He didn't want to have to fight with Teague, but would if need be.

((LOL. I said: Ye scurvy cur who ortin' t' be keel hauled. ;D ))
Captain Teague Sparrow entered the remains of the fortress, his sharp eyes scanning the area for any signs of life. His eyes fell on a kitchen table with a cloth. A huge cannonball was on the middle of the kitchen table, and had broken the porcelain in which the afternoon tea should have been served. The pirates were rummaging the fortress, taking loot, and grabbing everyone they could find, tying them up and leading them out to the fortress.
The hostages were sobbing and crying, knowing what would happen to them now. Now they were regretting taking part in the hanging of the pirates earlier.
"Ye`re takin' orders from Becky? Ye ortin' ta be shot, ye landlubber!!! Ya lily livered scurvy dog!"
Then Norrington mentioned the one person in the would who could have stopped him from doing this. Elizabeth Swann. Jackies wife. Will's wife. Norrington's love. He could see her beautiful face in front of him, her sad, pleading eyes. Her fear of not being accepted. And he could see the innocent face of Lillian Rose Sparrow. Did he want to kill the baby's grandfather?
Captain Teague frowned and lowered his gun, but kept it ready to shoot if anyone tried anything.
"Jus' fetch th' lad's. Tell th' lad's that I want t' speak t' him. If he canna come up wi' a good reply, an' a solid way t' financially support th' families o' th' buccanneers he killed, I will be havin' his hade on a sil'er plate before sunset! Ya horn swogglin' bilge rat!"

Post by Captain Hector Barbossa on Feb 13, 2009 12:05:04 GMT -5
Barbossa and his crew sailed to Port Royal with the Pearl. He had heard of the 15 year old who suffered his fate by the hand of the governor and Beckett. It ignited a rage inside of him that burned like no other. He remembered back when he was that boy's age, already honing his skills in swordfighting, and his love for the sea already flowing deep in Hector's blood. To know that this lad's journey was cut short so soon was devastating. Someone would have to pay for it.
Approaching Port Royal he saw the blaze of yellow and red from the fortress. He turned to his crew who were waiting for orders. "Arrr, looks like another crew of gents conjured up the same idea. But it is our duty to share in th' pleasure of destroyin' th' ones who aims t' destroy us, is it not?"
The crew shouted and pumped their fists in agreement.
"Iye! Th' devils spilled the blood of one of our own and there's a dept t' be paid!"
The crew shouted even rowdier this time, excitable with adrenaline and rage. It lasted for a while longer.
"GENTS!" Barbossa shouted. "Y' must find Beckett an' show 'em that th' fury of a pirate is ne'er somethin' t' be messed with!"
The crew roared.
"IYE! Now, ye lads! Go t' work!"
The crew roared again and raided the shores.
"An' destory any one in yer path!" Barbossa added, pulling out his sword and following after them.
He made quick strides towards the fortress and entered the choas and madness inside. He spotted Captain Teague and Will Turner, as well as Norrington chasing after them. Barbossa was definitely glad to see Captain Teague and his crew were just as outraged as them. He put away his sword as he over heard Norrington's pleas. In efforts to remove any distractions for the Keeper of the Code, he approached Norrington and pulled out his pistol instead.
"I'm curious. Did ye think a' think about that before or after ye watched them murder th' child?"

(Still not comprehending a single word. I really am bad at speaking pirate? LOL)
James stood his ground, noticing the hostages being taken around him. He furrowed his brows and looked at Captain Teague seriously. "Not anymore. I used to...I had no choice, and neither does the Governor" he said defensively. d**n. This was all just completely unnecessary. Of course Norrington wouldn't mind if Teague and his crew sabotaged Lord Beckett's office, but why harm those who had been under strict orders? Some of the hostages deserved what they were about to receive, but not everyone here has done what they had of will, he knew and understood this better than Teague could.
However, he heaved a sigh of relief when Captain Teague lowered his gun, appearing to be backing down.
"Fetch him? You want me to find the Governor?" he questioned. Suddenly, James heard more loud cries in the distance. Lovely, another crew had arrived!
Barbossa had approached him and was now holding a gun to his head, clearly angered. James knew it wouldn't be wise to agitate him further. He turned and faced Barbossa and sighed once more. "Actually, no. I managed to escape that one. Do you think I enjoy watching the hangings? Surely you don't think me so cruel" he retorted with a small humorless smile.
"I just finished telling Captain Teague here that I believe you and your men should solely attack Lord Beckett and those of mall-intention. The Governor and the civilians are innocent."

Barbossa glanced over at Captain Teague, who lowered his gun. Barbossa still kept his pistol on Norrington however, not as inclined to show mercy. He did not have any reason to follow any 'suggestions' from the lad.
He glanced over at Teague though, seeing that he, in fact, did.
"Seein' as though th' fortress has been compromised, I certainly doubt Beckett will be so agreeable with ye orders, Capt'n Teague." Barbossa said to him. He glanced over at Norrington again and lowered his pistol reluctantly. "T's no time t' be makin' bargains."

(LOL Relax - nobody expects a British powdercake to speak Pirate ;D ))
Captain Teague Sparrow was still furious. He couldn't believe that his old friend Norrington would give in to pressure from Becky. Teague himself had left the army because he was fed up with the corruption among those with power. Now that he was a Lord Pirate, he used his enemies greed against them to keep his men out of the gallows.
"Oh, come on, Norrie - what be ye, man or mouse? Thar`s always a choice, if ye got stones t' stand fer 't! Th' governor`s crime be that he didna do anythin' t' avast this - e'en when he had th' power t' do so!"
When Captain Barbossa arrived, Captain Sparrow gave him a greeting the way that is common when two Pirate Captains meet - a military salute.
"Captain Barbossa! Ye arrived jus' in time. me takes 't we be here fer th' same reason. I be lookin' fer th' rat who hung th' shipmates an' th' 15 voyage old boy."
His eyes darkened and he turned to his men.
"Keep searchin'. Thar be a double ration o' rum fer them who find th' lad's! He has a lot t' answer t'. An' if he dasn't answer, I will be havin' his hade in me belt. Together wi' Mrs. Sparrow."

(Oh dude, come on. I may be powdery but I still be Scruffington at the same time! * smexy smirk* )
James bit his lip, the heavy weight of guilt and regret returning to him. Yes, there were many things he shouldn't have done but did anyway because they were of Lord Beckett's order. As of late, he had done everything in his power to defy such duties that demanded him to commit acts that hurt and angered himself or his friends.
"I'm afraid I can't absolve myself of my past sins, Captain Teague. You know I despise the man. Do what you will with him, but don't harm the Governor!" he restated.

((Oh yes... And Esmeralda will get some fun with that smexiness... or the governor gets it! ;D ;D ;D ;D ))
Captain Teague turned to Barbossa, hearing his words. Even if he could get annoyed with Norrie sometimes, he was a dear friend of his, from the time Captain Teague had been the greatest Admiral of the army, before he had left to become a Lord pirate. He knew Norrington's father, the two of them had rised from foot soldiers to Admirals together.
"Bargains me foot! This be what I will bargain wi' th' governor. I be havin' taken all his swabbies as prisoners. He be havin' 24 hours t' make an arrangement t' financially support th' families o' th' seafarin' heartys, an' th' parents o' th' 15 voyage old boy. 24 hours! If me commands be nay followed, I will hang his swabbies, one by one, in th' very same gallow he used fer th' seafarin' heartys."
Captain Teague looked over at his old friend, knowing the feeling of guilt and regret. It was because of Teague's strong sense of justice he had been chosen as the Keeper of The Code. And it was the same sense of justice that had brought him here today. To take care of the starving families of the pirates. He knew well that many families turned to piracy out of poverty. It was his duty, as the Keeper of the Code, to see that justice were done for the people left behind.
"I know ye hate th' lad's, James. All I ask o' ye be that ye dasn't try t' avast us when we find Becky an' force th' lad's t' stand fer what he has done. As fer th' Governor.... I dasn't know why ye protect th' lad's so much, after all he did t' ye. Ye know that Elizabeth be bound t' marry ye - nay me Jack. Why did ye let th' lass' go?"
