Bambi was slowly walking through the Journey Into Narnia attraction with the rest of the park guests and was admiring the neat features that occured in every room chamber.
Before he would head out toward the exit, he noticed a tall wardrobe that was left stored along the far end of a wall, which wouldn't be that noticeable to any guest. Growing curious, he snuck off to take a closer look at it, even though he knew he was disregarding the rules of not going off the path. The wardrobe had a door left hanging open, so it was easy for him to take a gander at climbing into it and walking through it. Seeming like the darkness of the wardrobe would never end, he soon saw a bright light and went toward it, finding out later that he would be stepping into another world that very much resembled the home he used to live in.
The first thing he noticed about this world was the lamppost near the entrance he first stepped into. The soft glow from the lamppost made him want to go up to the base and walk around it, examining it all over. Before he could continue his examination further, he looked up toward the depths of forest of Narnia. It was so beautiful and awe-inspiring for him, that it made him want to wander further into it. Something different but good about this forest intrigued him a lot, including the way a few of the animals he first saw could verbally talk like him, which left him an opportunity to make more animal friends like Faline and Thumper. Smiling brightly about the forest's beauty, he continued his journey, unaware of other magical and possibly dangerous things that layed ahead for him in Narnia.

There was such a crowd in this Narnia attraction that Gadget was in danger of being crushed. After dodging a few dozen humans, she looked around for a safe place to stand.
There weren't many choices. But there was a large wardrobe standing open off to the side. It looked like Gadget's only hope, so she dashed inside, then sighed with relief, safe for the moment.
Oddly, there seemed to be a draft coming from inside the wardrobe. That was weird, so the little mouse walked deeper inside to see what was what.
The fur coats and mothball smell turned to fir trees and pine scent, and Gadget found herself outside, standing in a snowy forest. "Huh! How did that happen?" she asked herself.

Just as he was about to leave the lamppost out of sight, Bambi could immediately sense that he wasn't alone, so he quickly turned around to see a small mouse who had just happened to wander into Narnia just like he did. Taking small, slow steps, he went up to her to ask, "Um...hello? Did you just wander into this place by yourself, too?"

She was soon joined by a young deer.
"I'm not really sure how I got in her. Or out here, I guess, since we seem to be outside."
No matter how she looked at it, she just couldn't figure out how the outdoors could be inside a wardrobe.
"My name's Gadget, by the way. Do you know where we are?"

(We so need to have a few Narnia characters in this RP, like Aslan and Mr. Tumnis ) "Mine's Bambi," the young fawn said politely with a smile. Looking around the forest area and up above him while standing still, he said, "I'm not sure where we are. I somehow wandered into this thing that took me through a long tunnel, and then I ended up here. I don't know about you, but this is certainly beautiful."

"It's beautiful, all right," she agreed. "But kind of cold."
Gadget shivered a little. She wasn't exactly dressed for winter.
"I never thought I'd need a winter coat in Florida."
Noticing the lamppost for the first time, Gadget added, "That's kind of weird. A lamppost standing all by itself, out in the middle of nowhere."
<<Too bad there's no Mr. Tumnus. He's my favorite Narnia character. :) >>

"Is that what it's called? A 'lamppost'?" Bambi asked, looking up toward the lonely lamppost. Sometimes the newest things he ever saw or encounted in life would fascinate him instantly, making him want to know and learn more about them with curiosity. Taking note of the light that shone from the head of the post, he remarked, "Mmm. How nice."
Then, looking away from the lamppost and into the depths of the forest, thoughts of possibly meeting scary creatures or anything else bad that he may encounter started to plague him, but then he reasoned to himself that if he were to ever grow up and become the next Prince of the Forest like his father, he'd have to learn to be brave and face many dangers and troubling situations, even if he had to do that on his own. Standing tall and with a look of determination on his face, he looked on and started to take several steps and said to Gadget, "I'm gonna go do some explorin' for a while. You can come with me if you want."

"Sure, that'd be great." There seemed to be a lot of unexplained things about this place. Maybe they could find out something by exploring.
Gadget followed along in Bambi's tracks for a few minutes before clearing her throat. "Um, would you mind," she asked with a little hesitation, "if I rode on your back for a while? My feet are freezing!"

Bambi turned his head to see Gadget appearing miserable walking in the snow and shivering, and he politely answered, "Sure!" He then got down to the ground and allowed her to get on his back. "This'll keep your feet from freezing even more."

Gadget climbed gratefully onto the fawn's back. The fur and body heat did the trick, and she soon got the feeling back in her feet.
"That's better. Thanks a lot."

"You're welcome," Bambi said, looking over his shoulder to give Gadget a smile. Then he proceeded to move forward in his trek through the forest of Narnia.
Taking note of how much the forest resembled very much like the one he was born in and grew up in (including the natural layout and the appearances of several talking animals conversing amongst themselves and minding their own business), he said, "It sure looks a lot like home. I don't want to get lost in here."

Gadget didn't want to get lost, either. I mean, it was okay to go exploring in a frozen wardrobe, but who would want to live there?
"We can always follow our tracks back to the lamppost. Your tracks, I mean."
Then she thought of something. "As long as it doesn't snow."

Bambi put some thought into Gadget's idea of following his hoofprints in the snow in order to return to the wardrobe. "Good thinking," he remarked.
Up ahead, a small swashbuckling mouse named Reepicheep, wearing a red plume tucked in a gold circlet on his head and carrying a rapier, took notice of the two visitors and decided to have a go at making an entrance and introducing himself with a dose of humor. He did this by coming out from out of nowhere and pointing his rapier at Bambi and Gadget saying, "Halt! State your business!"
Bambi froze in his tracks the moment he saw the rapier being pointed to him and stuttered in a bit of fear, "I-I'm just walking through here and doing some exploring. W-we're not doing anything wrong, are we, Gadget?"

When Gadget saw the dashing young mouse challenge them with a sword, all she could say was, "Oh."
At least at first. After a few moments, she found her voice again.
"We came through the wardrobe by accident. We're sorry if we're tresspassing. We didn't mean to."
Although feeling a little timid, she continued, "We'll go back if you want. Only, can you tell us where we are?"

Reepicheep chortled with laughter as he put his rapier away and said, "It's quite alright, there's no need for alarm. Welcome to the land of Narnia."
"Narnia?" Bambi asked.
"That's right, Narnia. A place where talking animals thrive, magic is common, and good battles evil."
"Really? Wow."
Reepicheep then noticed the fact that Gadget was a mouse like him, so it seemed like a good opportunity to allow himself to show her and Bambi around while getting to know them better. "Mind if I give you two a little tour?" he asked them.
